Dunkin' — Restaurant in Clarion

Two young girls running the drive through were obnoxious and very rude. I went through the drive through with my 7 year old son to get him a donut and a hot chocolate. The girl through the speaker was being really weird/goofy and obnoxious in an attempt at being funny. When she didn’t get the reaction she was wanting from me, so she immediately turned to rude. I pulled up to the window to get my food and the girl standing there flung the window open and didn’t speak to me. I asked her if she was the girl that was talking through the speaker, to which she rolled her eyes and said yes. I said “you went from obnoxious to rude” she said “I was just trying to be funny”. I told her that maybe she shouldn’t try doing that with customers. She then grabbed my son’s food and rudely shoved it out the window to me and immediately shut the window. I was honestly shocked and my 7 year old son said “what just happened”. I sat there for a second and another girl opened the window and asked me what the problem was, I explained the situation and the girl who was rude walked up and stood there staring at me. Both girls began smirking and practically taunting me, refusing to give me their names and refusing to get a manager or tell me their managers name. I have never been treated like this before by anyone working in customer service. This situation made my son and I so uncomfortable, we will absolutely never be back, which is unfortunate because it’s our hometown and my son loves getting...

Dunkin’ just opened up this week (9/11/22) in Clarion where the old CVS once stood. I don’t visit Dunkin’ frequently so I don’t have a go to menu item that I order, so I try new drinks and food items each time I visit. I placed a mobile order at 7:00 am on a Tuesday and the place was packed - both inside and the drive thru. Even though it’s a small lot, they offer a decent amount of parking spaces (small lot is available behind the drive thru). There was a line in the drive thru, but it only took us about 5 minutes from the time we arrived until we reached the pick up window. Our order was ready when we arrived. We ordered a medium chai latte, medium signature iced latte, munchkins, and a maple sugar bacon breakfast sandwich. Everything ordered was received and as expected. The medium hot and cold drinks are different sizes - medium hot was half the size of the medium cold and both were the same price. I guzzled my little drink down fast since there wasn’t much, so now I know to either get a bigger size or order it cold next time.

The kids loved their munchkins as an early morning breakfast. I ate the breakfast sandwich and it was good. The bacon definitely datasets like maple sugar, so expect that if you order it. The employees were kind and courteous. We will be back to...

Dunkin Donuts allows employees with handicaps to be bullied, harassed, and attacked by other employees and yet, treat the one that was abused, as the perpetrator. They also do NOT look into background checks for felonies, etc., and they do NOT check managerial background for prior firings, etc., due to erratic behavior, etc. Dunkin Donuts treats handicapable/disabled employees like dirt, as well as do NOT follow State OR Federal Laws. They are NOT allowed to reduce hours, harass OR Demote a employee yet, are doing just that. Dunkin needs to be called out for their ignorance and harm and need to understand that in this town,.....we are NOT ignorant and we do NOT take kindly to bullies, abuse, and ESPECIALLY abuse towards ANYONE with ANY disability.
