I’m an out-of-towner, but I visit Clarion a few times a year to visit friends and for the awesome ALF. I make it a point to enjoy both a breakfast and a lunch at the County Seat each time I’m in town. Everything is homemade and absolutely DELICIOUS. I always say I’m coming for the cinnamon rolls & berry pancakes, but it’s the soups & sandwiches that really seal the deal. I’ve also noticed the upgrades to the restaurant, and it’s great to see owners who really put 100% effort into a local staple. The staff is always so friendly (Neeva, Billy) and funny (Lauren in particular). Thanks for all the sidewalk eats during the festival. The chicken salad sold out too quick—I wanted seconds! Read moremy partner and i stopped here for breakfast during our pa roadtrip. the staff does not follow safety guidelines as most masks were worn improperly and the busser didnt wear one at all. they reuse the condiments, creamers, and jellies from each table without disinfecting so its unclear how many people have come in contact with these items. Wife an I had breakfast, we weren't disappointed - it was great. The waitress could not have been any nicer (sorry I cant remember your name but I'm the guy that asked about scrapple).
