Wow what an amazing place. Sarah took care of us and was amazing. We were driving from San Francisco to Philadelphia and got in late. They were one of the only places open. We decided to try them out and we just astounded. The place is unassuming and laid back but the food was amazing. I was there on Tuesday... Steak night. They advertise a12oz ribeye that was easily 2 pounds. Cooked and seasoned perfectly. It was by far the best steak I have had to date. It's was better than I can cook a steak! I ordered wings for an appetizer and they were big and meaty and the sauce perfect. All their sauces and salad dressings are house made and delicious. The food is amazing. The prices are definitely better than most restaurants and the service way better. The next time I'm traveling thru PA I am definitely planning my trip to be able to stop back here. If you are in the Clarion area I definitely recommend stopping...

I cannot express the pleasure of our experience at Toby Hill Bar in writing. My young daughter and I had traveled (very slowly) through severe weather from NYC to Cleveland and stopped at Toby Hill late on a Saturday night after Clarion Brewing claimed to be too busy to serve us (they were half empty but we likely appeared to them unlikely to drink). Toby Hill treated us with the utmost kindness despite the fact it was a busy night for singles ordering alcohol.

My daughter loved her Mac N Cheese, and I loved my burger. The bartender even tried to make her a mocktail, and it was a good effort!

If I could rate it lower than one star I would. Was in town for a wrestling tournament so thought we would give it a try. The wait for our food was ridiculous. Two hours for some sandwiches and wings. And the place wasn’t busy. Four tables in the restaurant and a handful of people at the bar. Had to go to the bar to get refills on our drinks because the waitress didn’t come back to our table after we initially ordered. Food came out cold, greasy, and missing items we ordered. Waitress was apologetic but overall that didn’t fix the train wreck that was my experience. Awful…terrible…horrible! Save your money and stress and bypass this hot...
