Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clarkesville

I ALWAYS have something from my order missing. It's ridiculous. Most recently, an $8 box of cinnamon balls that were on the 1st order(not quite sure what the proper name is right off the top of my head)anywho, after placing my order had placed an additional order, this time for snack for me to eat on the ride home and a drink. I have not left the restaurant mind you, so I continue to wait. The workers keep glancing over but I didn't think much of it. After realizing that I placed my 2nd order at the Taco Bell that was about 7 mins away, I walked up the the manager. Asked if they could cancel the order and they make it I had asked if they could cancel the order and the restaurant that I was currently in make it, but he said no he said that I would have to go on the app. So I left. Went to the other location and got my second order. When I got home, I realized there were no balls. I was LIVID. I called but living a busy life such as I do, I don't have time to keep coming back for my missing items that should've been in the bag to start with. 😒

WOW. That was crazy , right ?!?! Spending 2 minutes out of your day to read this review. I bet you're wondering what that was all about....what the big fuss,right?!?! I'll tell you. I try not to complain too much in life because there's always somebody out there that is not handling it like you are. You know it's said when one person can ruin a business. This location has a woman who claims she was the manager last night. Still don't believe it. I placed an order though doordash as I have done each time I have ordered from this location. The last two times have been crazy with her. Last night apparently there were no dashers to pick up the order (not the stores fault) when we placed our order around midnight. Around 12:10am it showed the order was ready, just waiting on a dasher. 12:40am rolled around still not picked up, so I called the store could not get an answer, so my husband called and the wicked witch with a pissy attitude answered. He explained what was going on and asked if he could come pick it up, we live 6 minutes away, she said yes. He gets to the store and because the food had been sitting on on their counter since around 12:10 it was iced cold and everything was supper soggy. He asked if it would be possible to get it remade, this very same manager said verbatim, "You ordered through doordash it's not our problem to remake it." The last time I ordered you guys and she was the MOD, there were items left out of my order, 1 order of cinnamon twists and 1 order of black beans and rice. The line was 6 cars and we waited in the drive thru for about 50 minutes. The cars in front of us each spent 8 minutes after paying, just waiting for their food. We were getting frustrated with the wait, but we kept convincing ourselves to be charitable: “They are probably short staffed” or “Maybe they ran out of beans” Lol. When we got to the window we could see 4 people and they were just joking around and talking DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR. One of the girls even made sustained eye contact with us then kept laughing and telling her animated story to the others. My message here is for the owners and managers: whatever you are paying them is, sadly, too much.

For other potential customers: you may not have the same wait that we did, but don’t fool yourself. The length of the line means nothing. And if there IS a wait, it’s not for good...
