Chicken Exit — Restaurant in Clarksville

I have been going to the chicken exit for about a year now I have never had an issue they are generally slow but today marks the day that I will not be back. I placed my order a Philly cheesesteak basically meat and cheese only and a combo meal a five piece boneless wing and a five piece regular wedding after waiting for over 40 minutes the excuse given to why it took so long is that they were waiting on boneless wings but I saw probably five or 10 orders of boneless wings go out that were placed after mine. I went to the counter and asked if I could cancel my order because I do not have this kind of time to waste and they try to explain to me that it is a Manning issue but it is not Man hang issue when the food is coming out they skipped over my order and they try to give my Philly cheesesteak to somebody else so I know my sandwich was done 15 minutes before maybe 20 minutes before the rest of my food so my coworkers will get to eat fresh food as to where I’m going to eat a stale cold sandwich and I did not even have the time to have them remake it because they play silly games too long. 1st time experience, so take what I say with a grain of salt... My wife and I ordered Chicken sandwich combo, 10 boneless wing combo, 4 butterfly shrimp , and 4 tender hot. The first thing I noticed was they use alot of garlic salt on the food. The shrimp was Devine, however it tasted a bit like old freezer shrimp refried. Don't get me wrong it tasted great, but not very fresh. The chicken sandwich was good, but somewhat bland( I would say simple). Nothing fancy, just a good ole chicken sandwich.(I was kinda expecting a Popeye's or Chick-fil-A taste) the fries were good, but could be a bit crispier(make sure you add the seasoning). The tenders were okay, very meaty, but not hot to say the least.(again kinda heavy on the garlic salt) The boneless wings(5medium5BBQ) were eh(garlic salt), they tasted a bit not fresh and hot, the batter/breading was kinda heavy, and took away from the chicken taste. Very unprofessional, 3 days ago i ordered 2 things of house fried rice, once i got home i opened the food and relized it was only beef and rice and a whole lot of onions , when i called the manager and explained they gave me the wrong food and what i paid for was more expensive then just recieving beef and rice i spent over 30$ for just that. I also explained to her that i was on my way to work and couldnt come back so i would have to come back tomorrow to get my food replaced. She stated that was fine but my daughter ende up with the flu the next day so i wasnt able to come back i took pictures and everything of the food 3 days later she is telling me that i cant speak to the owner and i cant get my food replaced or my money back because its past 48 hours which was not explained to me... i eat at chicken exit about 2 times a week and for this to be their mistake and the loss of money i took the fact that they wont do anything about it is very unprofessional i...
