Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Clarksville

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra sauce and extra pepperoni in the drive-thru. I also ordered a pepperoni puff. They didn’t ring up the pepperoni puff. There were NO APOLOGIES when I went back inside to correct THEIR mistake. They also didn’t put extra pepperoni or sauce on my pizza that I PAID FOR! Clearly your pizza makers can’t read! I asked for a remake. They remade it but unfortunately, I got a pizza with tons of pepperoni and zero sauce. I PAID FOR EXTRA SAUCE!!!! The little girl up front, Lyzette, was very unconcerned that nobody could get my order right. Frankly her attitude sucks every time I come in there. It took 45 minutes to get a freakin’ pizza and crazy puffs and they weren’t even right! The crazy puffs were burnt and not edible and there was NO sauce on the second remake. I told the employee who gave me my order that I wasn’t happy, but I took it. I threw that mess in the trash and went to the McDonald’s next door. Y’all need to overhaul the WHOLE STAFF! Hire competent people, please! Until then, I won’t be back! I will be contacting the corporate office first thing Monday! There is DEFINITELY a good reason y’all have a 3.4 Google rating! Service was ok and timeliness was great however one of our pizzas came out burnt. The cheese looked nasty and unfortunately we didn't check the pizzas before we left the store. I tried calling a lot but no one answered. I tried a slice to see if it was at least ok tasting to eat and it tasted horrible so that was a waste of money and a pizza. We also got buffalo wings and normally I LOVE buffalo wings but heads up the buffalo here taste more like pepper ( as in salt and pepper shakers) with a hint of buffalo but the ground pepper taste is very overpowering and I do not recommend. If they made regular buffalo wings without the pepper taste, I think it would taste great.Normally we have good service and food here and if someone answered out of all the times I called I would have given another chance or gave a higher rating but they knew that the pizza they gave should not be given to a customer, it didn't even taste like cheese, I'm sure you can imagine the taste based off...

First time being a the Little Ceasar's location. Went through the "drive thru" and ordered three pizzas. The cashier (Louis M.) said to pull around and he would bring them out to us. Time was 2:27pm. We pulled up front.

We sat and waited for what seemed like an eternity but no one brought our order to us like we were told. There were many customers that walked in and out or through the drive thru with their orders in the meantime.

At 2:46pm we walked back in. Louis asked how he could help us, acting like he didn't remember us. Then he told us they were short staffed, they were busy and other associates didn't come in till 4:00pm. I then held up my receipt and asked him "what's the status on my order?" He turned around and pulled the three pizzas out of the heated bin and told us to just take those. Which we did.
