Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Clarksville

After waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes…I was the only one in line, I ordered our meal first…they got it completely wrong. They did correct it by giving us what we had ordered, but they did not refund us the difference. Then, I stood at the counter…once again the only one in line…for close to another 10 minutes to order ice cream. And…they got it wrong. We had a banana split to go, which had to sit and melt while I once again waited at the counter, and she said she hadn’t charged me for the little cup of ice cream for my granddaughter. I explained I had ordered it when I ordered the other ice cream and her response was “that’s $2.26”. For a little cup of ice cream for a 4 year old?!?! I thought they were closed, it was 7pm but the main sign and blue neon rope wernt on. (Probably the reason i was tge inly customer at 7pm on a Saturday night) I asked for chicken and dumplins which was on the menu a week prior (oh, we don't make them anymore) I asked for a blizzard (oh, we don't have that flavor) I asked for a different one (we don't have that one either) I've never seen this staff before (all guys) no where near as efficient as the females who worked the counter and drive thru. I'm hoping they still work there because this trip to DQ was quite dismal. And may I add that the DQ Treat cooler was completely empty. I've never seen that at any of the DQ's...

Wow this place didn’t just go down hill it walked right off the cliff at Niagara Falls! 30 minute wait for food. Food was all wrong. But the worst part, how many pickles go on a hamburger? Everyone say 4 with me. How many tomato slices? Every say it with me 2! The meat Pattie’s were over cooked. The Dude sandwich was the temperature of the sun and not in a good way. It’s a chicken fried brick. Supposedly this place is now under new ownership, can we please get the old ownership back?!?!? The pictures don’t do it justice. Just go down the street...
