A Disappointing Dining Experience
Regrettably, this restaurant provides an underwhelming and somewhat discomforting dining experience, making it difficult to recommend for any occasion, be it a casual outing or a family meal.
The environment itself is markedly unpleasant. The noise level is not only high but borders on painful, with the lack of acoustic absorption turning every sound into a cacophony. This, combined with the hard, cheap metal chairs that scrape loudly against the concrete floors, creates a dining atmosphere that is more harrowing than relaxing.
The process of ordering adds to the confusion and frustration. The menu is displayed on a single, overcrowded digital screen above the register, making it nearly impossible to read and comprehend your options in the brief time allowed before ordering. This rushed experience can leave you feeling disoriented and dissatisfied from the start.
While there are several beers on tap, the selection is nothing exceptional, and the beverage service—like the overall service—is, at best, lackluster. Drinks are served in small, cheap styrofoam cups with a $2 charge for a fountain drink, which only adds to the sense of scant value.
The quality of the food does little to uplift the overall poor experience. The pizza, priced steeply at $15 for a meager 10 inches, is mediocre and only barely succeeds in surpassing the quality of even basic frozen pizzas from a supermarket. Guests are also expected to make do with the flimsiest of plasticware and paper plates, underscoring the restaurant's disregard for customer satisfaction.
Customer service is virtually nonexistent, leaving diners to navigate the chaotic and uncomfortable environment largely on their own. With no redeeming qualities to speak of and a glaring lack of consideration for the customer experience, it's hard to justify a return visit. The only conceivable reason to dine here would be out of sheer morbid curiosity—and even that should be tempered with the understanding that your first visit will likely...
Read moreHubby was in the mood for some wood-fired pizza 🍕 so I mentioned Four Brothers pizza in Sango. We went inside on Memorial Day and had the whole place to ourselves. The young men there took our order and then got busy immediately making our pizzas. We ordered a BIG Bro veggie and a LIL Bro pepperoni and an order of cheese bread sticks. (Note: these are the only two sizes available) They have fountain soda drinks and sweet tea that you can serve yourself. We sat down but it was chilly and the metal chairs made it colder while we waited for the pizza to cook in the oven. I wish they had some tables out front to sit outside on the sidewalk since it was so cold inside. The pizzas finally came out and the cheese bread sticks were really tasty. We loved those! The veggie pizza was good but the crust was burnt in places and I'm not a fan of burnt pizza crust taste. The pepperoni was burnt some too, but my 11yr old bonus daughter didn't complain too much since the cheese & pepperoni were good. I would rate the overall pizza a 7.5 out of 10 for the best pizza in Clarksville. My hubby liked it and gave it an 8. I thought Woodys Veggie pizza was way more delicious, especially the non-burnt crust they make. I would go back to try the Margarita pizza one day here and get some more cheese bread sticks though. Our total for 1 BIG Bro Veggie, 1 LiL bro Pepperoni, 1 cheese bread sticks and two sodas came to $50. (A little pricey) They do give military discounts and have a rewards to add your phone number to the kiosk at checkout for points. I don't think they have coupons, but they have a Monday Margarita pizza special for $14. If they can work on not blackening the crust I would have rated it higher on the food pizza...

We stopped in while visiting the area and once again, they delivered on everything we remembered. Community, consistency and serious flavor!
From the pizza to the wings to the cheese sticks, everything was phenomenal. Fresh, flavorful and clearly made with pride. The crust? Golden and crisp. The toppings? Generous and perfectly balanced. And now with beer on tap, it’s an even better vibe for casual nights out.
One thing that really stood out, before they hand you your food, a team member opens the box right in front of you to make sure it meets their standard and looks as good as you remember. That kind of intentional service? Rare and deeply appreciated.
The energy here is exceptional service, warm smiles and food that hits every single time. This place is a hometown gem that Clarksville should be proud of.
