The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Clarksville

I just went into this Honey Baked Ham and was met with the most hospitality and generosity I have seen in a long time! Montana and his team, Courtney and Savannah, were so kind to not only give me a rundown of the menu but also give me a small sampler to see what I might like best. My family is currently moving, so everything in my kitchen is in boxes, and it could not have been an easier choice to pick up HBH for dinner. Honey baked ham, especially this location, just made my whole day with their kindness and delicious food. I’m excited to take it home to my family. After engaging in a nice conversation, he learned I had two kids, and on my way out, he gave me two cookies to for them. HBH is also so much healthier than fast food. HBH for the win! I will be going back here not only for the good food (which is incredible) but also for the hospitality of the staff. I am just still astounded at how that team just lifted my mood with love and kindness. Thank you HBH...

I’m not typically one to leave a negative review and have attempted to resolve this on multiple occasions without resolve. I placed and pre-paid for a large meal order for a pickup on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When we went you pick up, we waited an hour and a half to ultimately be told that they were out of turkeys/hams and that we would need to go back on Thanksgiving morning. When we went back Thursday morning, we were charged again for the entire meal (even though we prepaid already) and told that we would be refunded the original charge ( $130+) the very next day. It’s been well over a month and I still havent received a refund for the meal that we paid for twice (even after going into the location and calling on 3 occasions). I continue to be told that when the manager is back in the business he would call me because he is the only one that can refund me but have yet to hear from the manager. Disappointing...

First time visiting this new location. They seem to always be very busy, today I went in with no one there. Great selection lots of different items to choose from catering individual meal. I went simple and got the roasted turkey classic. Turkey lettuce, Swiss cheese sauce. Tasted good too much bread for me overall nice sandwich.

Second visit great sandwiches made like a professional. However, there was one staff member who didn’t want to assist when asking about a price of an item in the refrigerator. His response was, I don’t know it would have to be scanned, and he had no other assistance or advice for me, which is a shame because it was a nice pot roast in a bag that I could throw in my crockpot however they didn’t want to go beyond and...
