Hardee’s — Restaurant in Clarksville

I don’t even leave reviews for places but this place is actually pretty bad; the employees/management do not care one bit. Went there a while ago and they messed up my order then basically proceeded to blame me as if it was my fault the burger was wrong, and then when they “fixed” it they literally just wrapped up the same sandwich and handed it back to me. I gave it back and they finally just remade it, but after that I didn’t wanna go back there and I didn’t for a while, but I decided to try this same location again and they ofc got my order wrong again. It’s genuinely not a complicated order and I hardly have issue at other fast food places. If you want fast food in Clarksville just go to McDonald’s, or better yet go to one of the local restaurants.

Edit: To the “owner” who responded to this review, you don’t need anymore information from me all you need to do is fix your terrible fast...

Zero star experience. The restaurant was filthy. The restaurant had a very few customers in it, however, majority of the tables were dirty, soda spills and cup marks on the table, trash on the floor, dust all over the windows. The area where I sat had a several huge cobwebs that looked like it has been there for ages. There was also bugs around and in the webs. The trash can was overflowing. The lady who took our order forgot about us and waited for a while to get 1 chicken biscuit. And when I went to get it, they totally did not remember I placed an order. The food was not ready and had to wait again to have it prepared. There were just standing around talking. The sandwich also wasn't good. I didn't eat because it didn't look appetizing. My boyfriend ate it and had indigestion. Hardee's in general have some of most delicious burgers and sandwiches but this one didn't...

I went to this particular Hardee's this morning and ordered a smoked sausage egg and cheese biscuit, and a bacon biscuit. The food is absolutely terrible. Both biscuits were dripping with grease! Not to mention that the bacon smelt weird and tasted like cardboard, and the sausage had no flavor at all. The wait is really long too. Last time I went we had to wait almost 20 minutes just for some chicken tenders. The actual biscuit though is drier than the Sahara Desert. The only reason I'm giving this a one star review is because the cinnamon roll is actually somewhat decent. If you are brave enough to order anything other than a cinnamon roll, keep some Pepto-Bismol near by. That is all I have to say...
