McDonald's — Restaurant in Clarksville

Ordered a Carmel Frappe, a big mac meal super sized with coke and I wanted one of the special sandwiches with guacamole, but informed they didn't have it anymore. Then asked for the one with shirachi and again told that they no longer have it. They still had the signs at the drive through still up. I was told that the smokehouse burger was still available. I ordered it. When I got to the window to pay, my Frappe was sitting there and looked like no whipped cream added. They were out, so I said I didn't want it, to remove from my bill. I received the rest of my order and drove away. When I took out my smokehouse, there wasn't anything on it as the picture showed. The crispy rings were so small and only about 3 stuck on the inside middle of the bun, it looked like small worms. 3 pieces of bacon, a burger part is and melted cheese that looked 2 days old. I turned around to get my $6 back. I could get more for a bacon cheeseburger for $2 than I did for this thing they called a special burger. Heck, a big mac has more to it than this bull and even cheaper. I am seriously considering dropping McDonald's as a place to eat. Nothing but more cost for less food. The manager on duty was young and acted like it was an inconvience for the refund. She kept looking at the employees and never once tried to offer fixing the problem or...

9:30 am and no coffee. Said they only had one machine able to make coffee. We could not hear the lady at the outside spearker. We told her and she said she told them about it but they wouldn't repair it. Bathrooms dirty and smell.

11/30/2017 Was here. Third person in line. When I got to register to order, employee left register to fill orders. Other employees and manager were walking around. Employee never said anything to me. Finally came back and took my order. Line had grown to four people in line. Only one register was About 10:30 AM.

12/6/2017 Went through drive through to get 1 senior coffee with 3 sugars, 1 senior coffee with 1 cream 2 sugars, 1 unsweet tea. Neither coffee had sugar in it after wait about 10 minutes in line. Service and attitude of employees has gone down hill in last 2 . Not...

I went all the way home after ordering two 20 piece nuggets to find out that I did not get not one sauce I asked for. Nor did I get the 3 extra that I paid for. My children will not eat their nuggets without it. I partially blame myself for not checking the over stuffed bag of food I ordered all the way to the bottom, but if a customer orders extra sauce wouldn't you make sure it is in the bag? So I went back to the McDonald's to get the sauce. The girl at the window tells the other worker that I did not get the sauce I paid for and then gave me two sauces (I paid for three). Then I proceeded to tell her "I didn't receive ANY sauce for the two 20 piece nuggets I ordered". She tells the other girl that and comes back with two more sauces. I will never go to that McDonald's again. Terrible...
