Rude. Aggressive. Disrespectful. Their kids in the lobby, causing them to inadequately do their jobs! Zero stars!!
Replying to owners response: That is incorrect. I was the one on the phone with him, and he was not using bad language or being inappropriate!! My husband is a nice, respectful man!! You saw the cameras and you didn’t see your employee AGGRESSIVELY approach him?! And threaten to call the police on him for literally NO valid reason?! My husband said to me that he had been waiting 25 minutes, and he was not using bad language! He asked the host MULTIPLE TIMES! You should get control of your employees and they should not be ALLOWED to treat us this way! I even tried to call to rectify the situation, and the phone was hung up on me! I will be reporting you all to Uber eats and DoorDash. Also, if your employee doesn’t want his children to hear “bad” language then they need to stay at home, and not be in a place of business! Here you are as the owner taking ZERO responsibility! AS USUAL!! Your business HATE to see a black man come through that door! I guarantee you have the wrong black man to try and mistreat...
Read moreThis was my first time here, but it wasn’t a good first impression. Staff was friendly, and I really liked the decor of the place, but I got their spring rolls and their fried dumplings for my appetizers, and as my entree i got the stir fry udon with chicken. All in all, very, very greasy and plain. I ate a couple of my pork dumplings, and felt odd. Then I took two bites of my udon and immediately felt sick. The chicken was spongy, and the sauce was liquid, and the only vegetables I got were sliced red and green bell peppers. I got home and threw up all I ate. I don’t know if it was food poisoning, or something with the oil they used to cook the food, but it was way too much oil and grease with everything I ate. I understand that Mizu’s specialty is sushi, but if you can’t cook other food items well, then just don’t offer them on your menu. I’m only giving this two stars since my grandparents whom I was with enjoyed what they ate (hibachi lunch) without any problems. No problems with service, but I have never gotten immediately sick from eating something before....
Read moreHonestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had dining in Clarksville. My husband and I went for dinner, and we were alone besides one other couple that was already served their food. The salads were alright, and the miso soup was untouchable. My husband ordered the steak and scallops habachi. The reason we came was because this as a habachi, however we were very disappointed to find out it actually isn’t, and they cook it in the kitchen. My husbands scallops were severely over cooked and rubbery, and his vegetables tasted like soap. I can’t comment on what I ordered seeing as it still wasn’t delivered to me after my husband getting his food 10 minutes prior. At that point he was finished with what parts were edible, and I was just ready to go to a restaurant that I would actually get to eat my food. Our server was super sweet and understanding, which was pretty much the only good part of our experience there. Not surprising that they had no customers if this is what their...
