Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Clarksville

Ordered food via app at 7:17 pm then at 7:29 pm message showed on screen that Ashelyn was headed out with my order. After 5 minutes went by and I saw 4 other orders being brought out, I pushed the call button to inquire about my order. As I am speaking to the person on speaker, Ashelyn? appears with my food and immediately gives a dirty look as I am speaking then I ask if that is my order (she had previously went to another vehicle while I was calling on speaker) in which she proceeds to tell me “So you just ordered this 5 minutes ago?” I said “No, I ordered it a total of 15 minutes ago and 5 minutes ago it stated that Ashelyn was headed out with my order. Are you Ashelyn?” She then says, “Yes, and if you couldn’t tell we’ve been a little busy!” I then said and this is why I normally always go to the Madison Street location as they have much better customer service there. As I try to explain that I ordered my food before the “crowd” started coming through, she rolls her eyes, puts her hand up and turns and walks off.

I'm inquiring about how to get my refund back for the items I purchased. I don't see any other way to request a refund back in the app. I ordered a small oreo blast with hot fudge. I ate a few bites, all tasted normal. I took another bite, which the cookies or whatever it was, was very smushy like consistency. Stale cookies are what I thought until I took another bite and immediately met with a foreign taste as it appears my food was tampered with. The taste was strong, kinda like spoiled ranch or mayo some type of something that's not supposed to be in my dessert. I started gagging and gagged for 5 minutes before I was able to get rid of whatever that was in my food. I put it in the freezer and possibly looking to see if, at all possible, this cup and food be tested for foreign items. This has been the worst experience I've had since being a customer at this...

Everything was bad here . I waited for about 20 minutes for my food at the window, which is okay because I understand food sometimes takes a little time, But upon getting my food I come to find out the food was poor in quality and not fresh. I literally have never got fries that had the consistency of hard rubber until visiting this location. The burger was absolutely horrible and was made as if a 5 year old put it together. My girlfriends chicken sandwich was even not fresh. Honestly it looked as if it was dropped on the floor ( i am not exaggerating this either) . needless to say that was 25 dollars throw in the trash . In addition customer service at window was very poor. I will never go back to this location and absolutely hope it gets shut down soon. So please anyone that reads these comments please just DO NOT come to this location unless you want...
