Not sure where management was tonight with these young workers unless one of the young workers is a manager, either way they all need more training and some more workers. My husband ordered online for a pick-up. I arrived a few minutes early because the order wasn't to be ready until 6:25 pm. I walked in at 6:25 pm and they hasn't even gotten started on it yet and there was only one customer inside the store at the time. Noone acknowledged me standing in the "order here" line for 5 minutes. Even just a simple " I will be with you in just a moment" would have been fine. I had plenty of time to observe the surroundings and was able to see that the guys in there were doing multiple things using the same gloves that you touch food with. One guy (wore glasses) was standing there waiting on the oven to ding and then pulled his phone out of his pocket with his gloves on, then went on to touch food with the same gloves on. The guy who made my food answered the phone with the same gloves he was touching my food with, along with running to the back several times to grab stuff to stock up front with the same gloves on. You shouldn't mess with money using the same gloves you make food with and I seen that happen with the guy who wore glasses. The store needs a good deep clean. Ceilings and floors dirty with dirty mop heads showing in the corner area near the register. The counter area dirty and cleaned in between preparing food. I understand places have a rushhour, but if so you need more staff to help and more training for your employees with food preparation. I come here all the time and haven't seen it messy and unorganized like...
Read moreThis is normally my favorite Subway, but tonight will be my last time at this location. Three staff members "working" and only one was making sandwiches unless she asked for help a few times. I kept having to ask if they could spread out the toppings on my sandwich because they would just throw them on it. Then the cashier wrapped my sandwich without gloves on after handling money. The tea was marked to be replaced at 4:30 PM and it was 7PM. Then they were out of large lids, okay cool I don't need a lid that bad. I sat down to eat my sandwich and needed a napkin there were none in the bag so I went to the counter and no one owould come out of the back. After giving up and returning to my seat I counted 15 dead insects laying in the window pain. To top it all off while I was trying to enjoy my sandwich after a long day of work they are yelling from the back of the store to the girl at the counter and cussing each other in a friendly sense. This went on for about 10 minutes before I decided to eat in my vehicle. I don't expect 5 star dining from subway, but some employees with respect for their customers, pride in their store, and wanting to EARN their pay instead of just get it would...
Read moreI don’t recommend eating at this location. The general manager or owner is very incompetent and rude. The salad that I ordered on Monday had fake spinach or some type of particles that resembled spinach. Today I had a broken piece of the black chop bowl that resembled an olive. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a heads up to make sure they pay particular attention when making people's food orders, that they aren’t accidentally putting non-food items on the salad. However, the younger employees would always respond, “what else would you like on your sandwich,” as if what I am saying has no relevance. I spoke with one manager and she apologized but did not rectify the situation. The owner refunded me but was rude and unfriendly. I guess customer services isn’t a required skill set anymore. Although this location is two minutes from my home, I will no longer support this subway because they serve fake food to...
