So, I've been going to this particular Dunkin' since the beginning of March and I am extremely impressed with their customer service, charm, and coffee! The manager Brady is an extremely nice fellow and manages a morning crew that is stellar! Everyone in the morning crew is so great and so respectful, you can't help but feel comfortable in their establishment. During this COVID outbreak, they have been my single constant in staying as "normal" as possible during all of this while adhering to all the social distancing aspects they are required to. To me, that shows true passion and skill for your job if you can take this pandemic and still make people feel comfortable and like nothing has changed (even having to wear an annoying eagle mask. Great service and product!
However, I do have to give a few individual shout outs and compliments to what I call my stars at Dunkin'. I finally learned the names of these guys and I am glad because I wanted to give them all the recognition they deserve.
Eryn, has been the sweetest and coolest since I have been going and she was one of the first people to ever serve me my coffee! LOVE LOVE LOVE HER! Always smiling and always the brightest smile!
Tyler, my next star.. He has been super kind and respectful from the door! He makes some great coffee and always serves it with a smile. Even wearing a mask you can feel the smile come through and the respect. Ladies, also, he's also pretty good on the eyes and has some really good looking eyes himself (not to put him out there like that, but more motivation for you ladies to pop in and see him in the morning).
Zach is my next star I want to give props to because hes always making sure I get service as friendly and as quickly as possible. He makes it a point to always acknowledge me the second I walk in the door and he sees me. Always makes me feel comfortable and welcomed into the establishment and couldn't ask for more. He's also a good jokester and also easy on the eyes!
My last star that I have a name for is Steven (or Stephen, never got the correct spelling). I just recently started dealing with him although he has worked at this location for a while now. He made it a point to show extremely great customer service when I mistakenly forgot to tell him cold coffee because I was so used to everyone else knowing my order, but he corrected it with no issue and no worries and did it all with a smile and with such graciousness.
Overall, the 5 people mentioned in here are who I deal with most and they all knew my order by day two or three of going there and I go there literally EVERY DAY. It makes you feel like a real part of the community when you can walk into your local Dunkin' and feel like family and feel like you are welcomed and do not even need to say why you are there. There have been times they have had my coffee ready for me before I even got to the register to order.. NOW THAT IS SERVICE!
If you want a great spot to get treated wonderfully, this Dunkin' has it and these 5 people especially will show you that. I wish I knew the names of the other guys because they are just as equally as friendly and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, due to timing, you can't really go around the entire Dunkin' asking everyone for their name for a review on Google. However, I love them all and think they are the best! I hope they all stay safe and healthy and just know how much I appreciate their efforts every single day to keep coffee pouring in our cups! You guys are all stars!!
I already told the owner in person what I thought, but I wanted to also let the world know by leaving a review. If you didn't want coffee before, you better go get some now!
Best wishes to the Crew and all my love!

Read moreI’m a coffee drinker, like 2x - 3x a day at this location by my house. I just quit DD all together & switch to wawa coffee. The attitude especially from the one male manager is ridiculous. He’s always annoyed. I slowly started switching over to wawa bc the line at this location and usual long wait & order being wrong. But here are are my last 2 visits in January. I pull up place my order, get to the window my new puppy starts to act up bc at this point the puppy has learned drive thru = pup cup (btw we only ever did Starbucks with him). I wasn’t planning on asking for a pup cup bc he had one the day before at Starbucks, I simply said “ can I have….” Manager cuts me off and said “we don’t have any whip cream ”while the girl next to him is putting whip cream topping on the drink she was making & she begins to laugh. I wanted to get an attitude but I just said thanks and left. . Pulling out of the drive thru my fiancée makes a comment about his attitude. So it wasn’t me thinking that. I was gonna ask for extra napkins. Extra napkins! And I get attitude. I needed napkins bc their cups always leak bc the lids aren’t fully locked on. I told myself I was done with that location. Later that week I stop bc there wasn’t a line, I order a sweet tea with extra lemon. I then get scolded at the speaker bc they discontinued lemon over a year ago. Like how the hell was I supposed to know that? I don’t order that & it was a friend. But don’t people drink hot tea with lemon or am I just stupid. I probably sound like a Karen but idc. They need an attitude check. I’ll drive the 18 mins to Starbucks vs the 3 min drive to DD from my house. I rather pay the extra $2 for a attitude free experience & getting the correct order. don’t miss waiting in that horrible drive thru for a coffee that was a 50/50 shot of...
Read moreMost of the time at fast food restaurants they don’t tend to take longer than 10 minutes to take your order while they have only ONE car at the window. Kids that work there seem to take their sweet old time in doing everything: taking your order, taking your payment, preparing and handing you your food… by the time you leave that drive thru you’ve spent 10-15 min at what’s supposed to be fast service. Now when I pulled up to the window I saw more than 2 employees working, probably about 4 employees and none of them working efficiently. When it comes to customer service it is very dry, they answer “what can I get for you” “pull around” and often don’t even give you a smile…. Definitely need some training in customer service and working in a fast paced environment. The drive through is always backed up and wrapped around the building and sometimes the street. The speaker at the drive through doesn’t work too well. It is kind of disappointing that I don’t want to go to my nearest Dunkin' to get a breakfast before work because I know the service will...
