We came with family, and we were put in the back. When we placed our order, it was over 20 mins and no food, and no refills. We were practically forgotten. Not even looked our way by both servers, brunette and blonde, blonde was supposed to take care of us. I asked the brunette how much longer our food would be, and she said she'd check. Our server asked her what we wanted, and when she told her, she said, "The food needs to be cooked." I fumed. 3 out of 5 of us heard. She came with her customer service voice telling us our orders weren't given to the cooks and that they'd be out soon. They did. My breakfast burrito looked good but had no taste. Disappointed. My dad's angry burrito was also tasteless. Everyone else enjoyed their food. They didn't offer us a discount for the inconvenience. We had to ask. Blonde lady gave attitude when dad gave a $5 tip. Madam, I told him not to give you anything. Be thankful you got something. Nothing but rudeness and lack of customer service here....
