Stopped here to take a break from driving to Yakima from Seattle. Purchased a hot chai tea latte. The order was taken in a good amount of time. Unfortunately, there were only two baristas working the orders. One on the drive thru and one for walk-ins. The cashier was in training. So it took about 10 min to get my drink. It was a busy lunch hour timeframe. I didn't mind waiting, but other customers were more impatient and complaining. The walk-in barista kept apologizing but kept a good attitude towards the complainers. Everyone got their drinks and were happy with what they received. The problem wasn't the workers but the manager sitting down in the lobby leisurely on her laptop while her TWO workers were scrambling to do drive thru and cafe and make drinks and do food. Ma'am your partners are human beings who burnout eventually. When a customer at the window was getting mad she made him wait an extra minute so she can finish whatever she was doing before attending to him. Bad management is going to drive this place to the ground. You should be ashamed for not up staffing or helping out when you cannot upstaff. 40 minute wait in cafe because manager wouldn't help...

One was on break, one was a manager working on a laptop while eating a scone, one trainee, and two regular staff. There was no one in front of us and there were only 2 vehicles in the drive-thru.
