Gravity Coffee — Restaurant in Cle Elum

My husband kids and I stopped through as we headed back to the west side from our cabin in the area. We are frequent gravity goers. The young lady on shift was working alone and had many other cars in her drive thru but provided us with great customer service. Tried to order the croissant sandwich but it was out of stock which has happened each visit. My husband ended up getting the sausage sandwich, and it was okay. We tried to order strawberry an raspberry smoothies for the kids but they were out of smoothie stuff and the barista told us they don't carry kid sizes so the smallest size appears to be a 16oz. We ended up having to go across the street to the coffee stand at the gas station to order stuff for our children, and to Starbucks just to get quick and easy food. We did order a 24oz down to earth and my husband got a 24oz americano with white chocolate which was delicious. Bathrooms were out of soap. After a long drive from Seattle I made a quick stop to charge my Tesla decided to grab a coffee from gravity and give it a try the place is very nice and clean and the staff was very welcoming especially Sofiya has a very welcoming smile soo decided to get 16oz iced oat milk vanilla latte then Sofiya offered me if I wanted to sign me up for the bogo deal I told her yeah why not even though I’m not even from the area very sweet of her after I got my drink very creamy and rich coffee it was soo delicious 🤤 I rarely do review but I took my time on this one soo let me get back to my coffee 😆 shorty after sipping few drinks out of my drink kept it on top of my Tesla I was on the phone talking there was a slight wind 🌬️ so my iced water and coffee fell down gosh soo I had to goo back and get a new one Sofiya and her co worker forgot to grab her name they were both sweet and decided not to charge me for my drinks.

Extremely rude staff. Didn't put the lid on right, dumped all over the exterior of my car and down the inside of the door, I asked to have the cup wiped off, you would thought I was trying to give the staff a root canal with no anesthesia. But I'm a good polite human, and hey stuff happens, so I just paid, tipped and went on my way. Took a drink of my coffee on the on ramp wb, turned around at bullfrog, drove back and gave that coffee back. Lid STILL wasn't on, cup holder full of sticky mess, coffee was AWFUL. Seemed like just milk and sweet syrup. (I've ordered the same thing many many many other times at the Sumner gravity, so I know how it should be). Same staff member said (eyeroll) "I don't know what you want me to do" They did not ask what was wrong with the coffee. I pointed out the lid..and in reply..."okay BYE-EE" no offer of refund, make another coffee? New lid? New cup? Nope. My suggestion, just go elsewhere. Or, possibly just pull in the parking lot and light $11 on fire. It'll be less...
