Starbucks — Restaurant in Cle Elum

I’m really disappointed about my experience today. I’ll say the team was polite but the customer service was poor. I ordered a SF latte and açaí refresher. I accidentally ordered my drink hot and then realized and asked if we could make it iced. She said it was more money which didn’t make sense to me. I was told I couldn’t pay the difference. I received my drink, I couldn’t taste the flavor and it was just not good. After waiting several minutes I asked about the refresher and they realized they made the wrong drink- my daughter tried it and said it was fine. In the end I ended up paying for a 2nd latte iced. Paying for ice that is given to people in their free water. I was a little surprised that she even let me pay for the same drink with ice. When I was handed my drink I was told to have a better day. Very unfriendly here every time I go here. 06/15/21 is the last time I have patient here. The chubby girl didn’t sound like she want to serve me. When I place my order they tell me they are out on everything I ask for which I kind of hard to believe because the stuff I ask are rarely use for other drinks. They told me the only thing they have is dripping coffee… which isn’t dripping coffee because my co-worker order his and they seriously pump this coffee from the very bottom…. Bottom line this place isn’t very welcoming and not many people come here for that and they rather order it from their espresso local. Stopped by on my way home. While was waiting to be served noticed, that the worker with the badge Kiya did not wash hands between changing the bag in a trash bin and making a drink in my personal cup. I politely asked to wash hands. They did. But then I had to wait eternally for my drinks. It looked like they was retaliating.
