Awesome place. Great food. Family run, so you get to know everyone.

I love this place, yet I had to ding it a star. The food has gotten inconsistent. The mother and grandmother make the food consistently great. The father when cooking seems to 'thin out' the curry or soup. Maybe to 'stretch' or 'economize?' Just tonight regular ingredients were omitted too!

The mushrooms in the Tom Kha were missing! Ever since opening it had them and now they are gone. Again, 'economizing' the product? The Kha was missing the lemongrass stalks too.

As well I have always been served rice with the curry or soup, not today. The young American waitress actually gave me a hard time, that 'it doesn't come with rice,' instead of just handling it. Just add a fee if you have too. Just don't argue with...

I highly recommended this place! We ordered pad thai & panyang curry. (There is a $3 extra charge for beef or shrimp protein options) Pad thai, the color looked mild so I didnt expect that much. But the taste is crazy. Its one of the best pad thai ever. Maybe some people think it is a bit sweet, but I felt that it is the perfect taste. For panyang curry, it is okay. Nothing crazy, but just fine. It has some spices or herbs, but that was a bit too strong, so the flavor didnt go well together, but still fine. The staff was very kind and nice. They also sold some cute bag and key rings. Also, there were many people visiting there by themselves and enjoying. Nice place overall, I love to visit...

I had an amazing experience at Ploy Thai Bistro! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting.
