Scotto's Pizzeria Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Clearfield

I ordered delivery from this place. I was told 40 minutes. Cool. I was good with that. So an hour passes and i call and speak to a very rude guy named "CURT" I asked him about my order and he laughed and said he didnt know about my order and I asked will it be coming hot seeing he didnt know how long ago it left. His words to me " NO, I can't guarantee your food comes hot"!! I thought that is why we pay for food that way. To get it hot and eatable. He laughed agin and hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a nice guy who said he was the acting manager for the night( tonight). He gave me curts name and told me to contact the owner on Monday his name is PAT. I am really upset. i would have figured with all the hype written online about this place that it was going to be a great experrience. Guess not. I was totally 100% wrong. My food finally came 10 minutes later. (so I waited 1 hour and 25 minutes) It was not worth it at all. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs which said it came with salad and garlic bread. I told them ranch dressing. I paid for extra. My salad came no dressing, Bread was burnt and the spaghetti dishes were cold as could be. So I guess its a night thast we dont have dinner. I am not spending more money. I am very upset with this service. All I wanted was good hot food. I will say The manager guy ( didnt get his name but wished I would have) was a nice guy. The delivery driver was also a nice guy. The driver was respectful as was the manager. But this guy CURT has made me feel that I wont order from this place anymore. Do not bother ordering here until they start focusing on quality and valuing local customers. We have given them chance after chance and haven't complained online but this was the last straw. Our pizza was fine but our hoagies had burnt grill stuff from other food in them. It would be different if our own steak was just overcooked and even than I wouldn't enjoy it really. I used to manage and work in restaurants in my past and was blown away by how my concerns were handled by the part owner when I called. He quickly dismissed my concern saying it was so busy they decided to cook everything on the grills together... Excuse me sir but that isn't cleanly and a health hazard plus gross. They told me this is our last approved remake. Wow! I explained to the owner prior incidences since he clearly has been misinformed probably because employees want to blame customers for their mistakes. We are honest people and deserve good quality safe food especially after all the chances we have given them to support our local restaurants without complaining online with bad reviews. The time has come. They brought it on themselves. This is an offical divorce. We will not be supporting this...

Me and my girlfriend stopped in here to grab a bite to eat a few days ago since we've been on the road so we decided to come to Scotto's. Well our experience wasn't very good at all, and I'm not one to write bad reviews so I ordered a boli and she ordered a salad and it took almost 35 minutes the employees were standing around gossiping and goofing around. And then out of nowhere a manager started yelling at one of the employees who came in telling him to go home because he said he was high. He was being very rude and loud we wanted to leave honestly. The guy he was yelling at didn't look high at all from what we saw. He was trying to defend himself but he kept telling him to get out.
