Ordered a Cake for my daughter in law’s birthday and it turned out to be a very big disappointment! I took photos to show you the size of the cake ( with a soda can next to it for scale) and also the strawberries they felt was acceptable to put on a $55 cake! I chose to use their bakery to give the money to a Mom and Pop business instead of a grocery store chain. I will never make that mistake again…………. I did ask the girl who gave me the cake About the strawberries and she said that unfortunately that was what she received from her supplier. I told her that they should be embarrassed to hand a cake like that to a customer that’s paying after tax close to $60. I also told her this cake was for a birthday the following day and I had no choice but to take this cake and run down to Smiths and buy ripe strawberries and take these off. She said I’m sorry but that’s all we had. My comment? “ you could have gone to Smiths like I am and purchase ripe strawberries. Never give a customer who is paying top dollar something like this. I recently ordered cupcakes for my reception. The order we received wasnt exactly what we agreed to. I wanted vanilla and chocolate cupcakes and received strawberry and vanilla cupcakes. I also wanted two tones of green similar to the inspiration picture I provided and they ended up being the same tone of green. I reached out to the owner and she apologized there was a mix up with communication she immediately wanted to make it right and brought two dozen chocolate cupcakes directly to the reception free of charge. I really appreciate her efforts in making it right. The cupcakes were a huge hit everyone loved how they tasted and I would recommend her for anyone looking for delicious moist cupcakes! The only thing I have feedback on is I asked for two tones of green and she told me oxygen must of changed the second tone of green so I recommend finding some sort of fix for that so it doesn't happen to future customers! Let me preface this by saying that normally, I'm not a cheescake kind of person. My wife, on the other hand love's cheesecake more than life, haha.

So when her birthday rolled around earlier this month, I went in search of high quality homemade cheescake options and stumbled upon Sprinkle berry. After a brief conversation with the owner, I immediately decided on the lemon raspberry cheescake because it sounded divine. Now let me tell you, this cake did not disappoint! I enjoyed ever bite it took and would've devoured the whole thing if I could have. The cake was light and fluffy with a thick decadent layer of fresh raspberry jam on top. The cake it's self had a very balanced lemon flavor that wasn't over powering. It also wasn't super rich, which is usually my normal complaint about most cheesecakes.
