Came in on Oct. 16 around 5:30. There was a long line which I didnt mind waiting in except the two workers that were on shift were slower than cold tar. I cant remember what the gals name was, started with a C but she was so rude! I asked her to lay the meat out on a sandwhich a certain way so my picky as heck mother wouldn't complain and she acted like I asked for a million dollars. She never once said "hi how can I help you" she simply looked at me and waited for me to initiate conversation and was like that the entire order. Didnt say hardly anything to me. When I got to the end I asked her to write a name on sandwhichs so I wouldn't get them mixed up and again she acted like I was causing a problem and just put a single mark on the sandwhichs and shoved them in the bag. Read moreI ordered online. I waited until the website said it was ready. I was still 10 minutes past what it said and I still had to wait for my sandwiches to be done. In total it took 45 minutes to get my food. I ordered online for the quickness, didn't get it. The worker had attitude when I approached the counter, telling me "I'm working on it" well it should have been done 10 minutes ago. She was alone and that's on subway. Hire more people so your workers aren't pissed off when they have customers because they will actually have time to get everything done in a timely manner. Read moreWe ordered a couple of sandwiches from Subway today and had gone to pick them up once they were done. Upon picking them up and returning home we found out there were things missing and that the sandwiches were made incorrectly. The number on the receipt was disconnected so we had to walk back to the store to try and get our order fixed. The guy was very rude about the whole thing and refused to remake our sandwiches. He remade one of the sandwiches and gave us no compensation for a item we had no idea was out of stock and gave us no option but to request a refund and complain. The worker even kept the receipt in some lame attempt to try and make it so we can't complain. All in all, worst experience ever and I'm probably done with this Subway after this.
