I finally got at the World Famous Yum Yum Food Truck for lunch today! They were parked in Layton just down the street, so I went. Made fresh and hot to order.
I love the shrimp, hot and crisp! And the chicken abode. The potstickers too dipped in the sweet chili sauce.
The garlic rice tastes like fresh garlic and really takes it up in flavor from plain white rice.
Second time trying Filipino pork belly and it’s too fatty for me. So that's the one I'd skip next time.

My only suggestion is to redo the menu board. It was hard to read and not up-to-date so I was confused and some of the people around me were too. However, I hear they have online ordering now or through their app I think. So you can order ahead...

I had contacted them 3 weeks ago to work out my budget and menue detail. They message me saying that they could do it and had no issues doing it. Then the day before the party I wanted to confirm to make sure everything was good. They gave me every excuse they could give me on why they couldn't do it. They could of told me 3 weeks ago when I was talking to them. They have lost my business and many other people I know. If you want good filippino food go to Ocean market. Read moreAt the time of this writing this food truck is located at the Utah State Fair. Hands down the best food available at the fair as far as I'm concerned. Good prices, excellent food and friendly people running the truck. I have eaten here almost every day at the fair since I am at the fair all day everyday. I really like their sisig. All the other menu items I've tried have been delicious as well. I highly recommend checking these guys out while they're at the fair. Or wherever else you can find them...
