Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clearlake

Well when you first walk in the floors are very dirty and the rugs on the side door was a total mess strings hanging out and the dirt on it was bad the outside sidewalk was clearer than that rug and the rug is a major trip hazard, so when I got waited on I asked for extra steak on my mom's taco salad which there wasn't any extra before she counted it to show me she only got exactly 10 pieces and I know that not even and regular order let alone any extra but I sure got charged a dollar. I know it is only a dollar but it's really hard to come by now that I'm disabled and the so called the ss I get it don't stretch as far.So when we are able to give ourselves a little treat that dollar means alot. So I'm not sure if we will be able to come to taco bell again. And all a SR. CITIZEN GETS IS JUST A FREE SODA WOW Not very good for business other businesses do 10% off. So I wish you the best, but I think we will go else way. I can't even rate this visit. Being I had to rate it to get to post it.but there should have a negative rating. The person taking my order didn't hear my complete order so when I got up there I said oh you didn't hear me ask for a number 1? she said no I'm so sorry, I said that's okay long as long as my granddaughter can eat I'll wait until I get home its really ok. Then she asked me what was in my order I tell her and she says hold on a minute. She left came back a minute later and he hands me a bag.. I said you don't have to do that and says you have a great day. She gave me my number one at no cost. I told her thank you so much your sweetheart. So that was my experience at Taco Bell today I normally do not eat fast food but we were starving and my granddaughter deserved a treat 😊 besides that's what Nana's get tobdo Spoil their grandkids😊 the food was fresh ,service wasn't to bad considering the line was so long amd they moved it along pretty fast i thought I was going to be waiting a while. But the customer service was really good the person running the drive-thru...

My Nacho Supreme was terrible/where is the real BEEF/Taco Bell was fantastic in the seventies...what happened to the menu... remember the Bell Beefer/the Enchiladas/I have always liked their Tacos...with real hamburger/ and I will miss the bean burrito/ did we change ownership again...do not believe we will return... a lot of other Mexican Restaurants that serve great food...and try the great street tacos that other locations prepare...La Monarca in Lower Lake/homemade corn tortillas/ great flavor tacos/burritos are large and tasty/ and we have heard Clearlake Oaks has a new Mexican Restaurant/...with real beef/chicken/ or pork/street Tacos...Laguna Mexican Restaurant serves authentic Enchiladas/ we order the three chicken Enchiladas with rice and beans...salsa and chips are free/when you plan on ordering...these Enchiladas are out of this world/ melt in your mouth/the freshness/ and the homemade corn tortillas...we also enjoy the blended...
