I'm a regular here, we come very often. Today I came through, and had to yell my order which was 3 cones, 2 vanilla 1 twist. Again, I had to yell, and the twist I had to clarify 4 different times because he kept hearing me wrong. Get to the window, I'm told the chocolate isn't working. No biggy! I POLITELY said to him after clarifying with my daughter tht vanilla was okay, and told him that's fine, I'll just take 3 large vanilla cones. He looks at me like I peed in his cheerios, said he only charged me for 2 cones. I said okay, well I ordered 3 of them, 2 vanilla one twist. He said "well then i have to charge you for another one" I said okay, how much do I owe you? He tells me, I had him my 5, he gives me my change and shuts the door without a word. Comes back with the cones, didn't say anything. The whole thing was just rude, I didn't have a problem until he started giving me attitude because I said I ordered 3 cones, not 2. His body language and voice tone changed completely from nice to severe attitude problem. What, your mad because after I yelled my order at you, clarified 4 different times, then corrected you again at the window? What did I do? I still needed 3 cones, no I don't have an issue paying for it, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered 3 of them! Just rude, which is annoying because we visit all of the time. I've worked in retail for years and years, and I'm VERY good at customer service. This today, was not good service. Do better kid, it's not...
   Read moreDon't know what is going on at this place but it is rediculous. Went inside and ordered a chicken strip basket and a hot dog kids meal. Sat at the table for over a half hour same as the couple behind me. Finally went up to the front asking what's taking so long. They asked what we ordered again? Totally forgot about our order rushed us out some cold fries and strips along with a burger instead of a hot dog in the kids meal. The couple behind us order was messed up as well. I have never heard the word sorry used soo many times in a half hour. And they weren't to just us seemed like every customer was hearing it. They gave us cards for free meals but unless I'm abe to use them at a different dq I won't ever use them.. the manager seemed really nice and sincere and did the best that she could to make it up to us, which is the only reason im not rating one star. but seems the employees need some more training or something. I worked in fast food before and honestly wouldn't even consider the time we were in there as a rush. But that was 12 years ago so, maybe times has changed. Hopefully they can get a grip on this situation soon, seems alot of the complaints are the same...
   Read moreI’m not pleased with my experience I had with this location on the 9th of January. I called your location asking if their were birthday cakes available. An employee said they did have birthday cakes available to purchase. I got there and their were Christmas cakes with gingerbread men and gumdrops available. I asked if we could just wipe off the top of the cake and put happy birthday since I called and they misinformed me that “birthday cakes” were available(this is something I’ve done before and never had an issue) but this time was different. A “12 year old” grungy-looking looking girl(apparently the manager)told me that they couldn’t do that and that it’s against policy. I was upset knowing full and we’ll that I’ve had cakes “altered” before. Maybe I would be more understanding if they were busy but they were not. Their was no one in the drive through and no one else inside ordering. They were being lazy. They both looked and acted unprofessional.and Personal hygiene was a problem. I would like to give this location another try since it’s the one I’ve been going to for years but they need to start training people to act and appear...
