Subway — Restaurant in Clearwater

The old lady working drive thru need to be fired!!!!! I stopped in last week to grab a sub while I was on my way to my sons hockey game. I was told that my total would be $11.87 and so I handed her my card. I made the mistake of not asking for a receipt. One I got home later that night I checked my bank account and saw that I was charged $14.24. I’ve been to this location before and I know that there is a tip option in the credit card machine, she must’ve hit it without my consent as this is exactly 20% of my total. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! The old lady working drive thru with the raspy voice needs to be fired!!!! I’m never coming to this...

We wanted to really like this place since it's a good alternative to fast food. However this place was disgusting. The salad back bar was a mess. The young kid working did a good job, but the morale just seems very low here. I wish they realized that there are some people out there that appreciate their service. It's not that difficult to keep a place like this clean. It was a steady busy but not busy like I have seen in the cities. Plenty of time to clean and refresh things. The manager needs to be let go, not that I want to see that but if you don't care, it clearly shows! It's gotten ridiculously...

Customer service is terrible, you go to a touch screen that half the time is down. Workers are sitting doing their own stuff (smoking, on their phone) when you do get to the window. They look at you then after sitting there for 5+ minutes they start your order. Once they start your order they go as slow as possible and over toast your bread or put unwanted items on your sandwich (Everytime).Then has the audacity to ask for a tip. Subway is way more expensive and now takes 20-30 to get two sandwiches made. Go somewhere else it’s not worth wasting time or money. I feel bad for people on lunch breaks...
