Older woman w/ fried blond hair was Rude and I asked if I could have the cajun fries as my side that comes with a sandwich she said yes she cooked everything had they cooked everything and then she grabbed my card and ran it quickly and then tells me the totals almost $16 and I said wait a minute I said why is that so much money she says oh well this is up charge for the cajun fries she failed to tell me that. So she refunded the first charge and then she took my plate back to the Cook had them make a batch of regular fries wasting wasting the cajun fries so she came back when she handed me on my sandwich and regular fries I said Miss why didn't you just give me the cajun fries I said it since you didn't mention it and she says it's not my policy I'm not the owner and we're going to just throw them away. That's a waste for that restaurant because she had an attitude so she's not the owner then she sure is throwing away the owner's money I hope you...

I used to love this place despite its mediocre service and would order from it a few times a week, but one day the delivery man came after ten minutes of my calling in whilst I was not there ready to pick it up since I was used to it taking an hour and a half. Despite having my number, the business did not call me, and made me wait for over an hour until I called in. I was directed to the manager, who immediately thought she could take the liberty to yell at me for not having been there unusually early, and said that the delivery guy was out with my food. Since I had already paid the fact that they just took my money and were waiting to see what happened is telling. It was too late to call in for something else and I had already paid, so I said nothing in fear that my food would be tampered with and after finally receiving it have never ordered from there again....

I have been eating at Joes for more than 4 years. The old owner was great and the new owner is even better! I love the personalized customer service when dining in and the fast and friendly delivery services as well. They always make me smile and take great care of all of their customers. They love feedback from the customers. If there is ever an issue with an order or an item forgotten (which hasnt happened often in the 4 plus years) they come right out and replace or give the item. (For example- ordered unsweet tea one day and received a sweet tea on accident) I love their burgers, salads, pita sandwiches, omelets, breakfast wraps, BLT, Ultimate grilled cheese, oh and the chicken tenders are a favorite as well!
