New to the area decided to Google a place with Live Bands and this bar came up. I love the small town atmosphere and more tranquil than other places. The bar tender quickly offered me to try Stella Black, which I havenāt done (always regular Stella). Surprisingly I liked it and order one. Then I moved to a table closer to the tv and more private to watch some UFC fights. I also order something, sadly that specific item was not good. I pushed it to the side and continue enjoying my night. Without saying anything a server and the bartender came to ask me about my meal. I didnāt want to bother them, so I say I donāt like it and I was just going to drink. As a business owner I know how hard these times are so did not want to stress them more. Regardless, the bartender came back and told me to try another item on her. I did. It was great and I was able to enjoy a late night dinner, with some drinks, amazing live rock (Zenith band), and UFC fights. The came back and check on me and my empty plate. She apologize and said that it was a mistake and shouldnāt happened. In business as in life is not what you do when everything is going right but how you react when you make a mistake. The employees here are amazing at recovering and customer service. I am thankful to have experience their dedication, whoever the owners is needs to be thankful for their team. As an ex Army Ranger, business owner and doctor in training I know that only a cohesive team can accomplish the mission day in and out. Good luck to this establishment, and thank you for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe tried the wings at Two Buks last night and came away disappointed not about the food, but the experience. More on the food in a min. I brought up the online menu and 20 wings were $19.98 so I proceeded to call in and the woman said they also sold wings in 15 count so I ordered 15 and she asked if I wanted ranch or blue cheese so I said ranch. She said my total was $22 buks and change! 22!?!How did we get to $22 for 15 wings when 20 were only $19.98? Get to the bar and find out they had a menu price increase that wasn't reflected on the online menu, but apart from that I noticed that they charge separately .75 for ranch and celery AND $.50 FOR TAKEOUT FEE!! YOU gotta be kidding me? Takeout fee? Seems like a styro is equivalent to not having dirty glasses and plates silverware or trash to take out. To me These nickel and dime add on costs just reeked of cheap bar owner add ons That other restaurants wouldn't charge. I mean aren't they already making enough money on the liquor and alcohol sales? As for the wings, they were tasty If you don't mind the nickel and dime add on costs they charge, then get the blackened wings they were good I just think they could have been more forthright with their pricing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe've been searching for a new place. Wings excellent, fries ans onion rings excellent pizza was good. Tracy the bartender/server jack of all trades was amazing. When we told her it was our 1st visit she welcomed us, gave us an overview of the menu, happy hour, events and it really made us feel welcomed and comfortable in the establishment. We got a variety of fries. Rings, wings and pizza, a couple of soft drinks and spent $33 plus tip, and we brought home leftovers. Next time will be less because we won't be over ordering to get a feel for the food quality. Looks like we found a new go to spot when we want to go out without...
