Small little Mexican restaurant. I really should have taken pictures of this place. Stopped in for some lunch on my way to work real quick. I ordered the lunch fajitas which came with some chips, and salsa. The young waitress brought the chips and salsa out and it was almost laughable how many chips I was given, and to add to that, they were cold and stale. I asked my waitress if she could bring some fresh chips, much to her chagrin. Are waiting for mine for about 8 to 10 minutes, I saw her bring another table their chips. I expect she was giving them the same cold stale chips. My chips finally came out covered in oil which leads me to believe they just threw my chips back in the fryer. The fajitas came out and they were pretty good. I used the restroom which remind me exactly like a truck stop convenience store restroom. It was dirty, small, and had mosquitoes flying around because there was no air conditioning and they had the window open to vent it. Just overall...
Read moreWalked in and ordered some shrimp tacos. Got home and realized there was no rice or French fries just the shrimp tacos. Called the restaurant, spoke to the owner who had no customer service skills whatsoever! Advised me that what i ordered did not come with rice or French fries only the platter option and he continued to tell me how they've been in business for over 18 yrs blah blah blah blah. Will never go back there again! To the owner of this place that i spoke to on the phone; this is how you should have handled my issue instead of being defensive: "We’d love to make this right for you. You’re welcome to come back, and we’ll have your missing items ready for you immediately." OR "If that’s not convenient, I’d be happy to offer a credit or discount on your next order." Always focus on customer satisfaction, even if the misunderstanding was on the customer’s end; a little bit of goodwill goes a long way in keeping...
Read moreOutstanding Mexican food! I am originally from New Mexico and Arizona and this is the first restaurant I have found in Florida that even comes close to authentic Mexican food. They use queso fresco cheese instead of the strange and unpleasant white velveeta cheese most Floridian Mexican restaurants use. Everything tasted fresh, the rice and beans were flavorful, the salsa was a little watery but it had heat, the chicken was outstanding, and the chile rellenos were awesome! Not to mention the staff was very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend...
