I am taking the time to leave this review today due to one very specific individual staffed at your 4192 Clemmons Rd, Clemmons NC 27012 store.
His name is Paul Hicks and he is the assistant manager working there as of 7/9/22.
I would like to bring to attention how remarkable of an employee he is and he should be recognized for his outstanding professionalism given today.
I placed an order via UberEats and after a little over an hour of no change I called the store to check on the status of the order from their end. The assistant manager Paul Hicks took the time to explain some things about UberEats that he definitely didn't have to for my benefit. He also took the time to help me sort out the issue (UberEats responsibility & not his) and ensured that the order was remade fresh almost an hour and a half after UberEats FINALLY manages to assign a driver to pick the order up.
He also made sure to stay within the front of the store to handle the transaction himself. This was highly appreciated given the fact an employee at Jersey Mike's had sent the first driver to pick up my order away. That in itself is a different situation that has no place here in this compliment. Upon that happening I received a prompt call back from Paul explaining in brief detail the following steps he plan to take to ensure my order was delivered fresh and well perfect.
What he kindly left out of our phone conversation was that he included a free sub card redeemable in-store at this location on top of the already exceptional service and remade fresh subs!
Paul Hicks will be the main reason my husband, myself and our children go out of our way to eat only at this Jersey Mike's locally. (We reside 30 minutes away from this store.)
To cap this review off - Paul Hicks is an exceptional and extremely valuable employee. Thank you again...

People that work at Jersey Mike are nice, and friendly. I'm on a gluten free diet (GF) and found out about it when I was a teen years. Which explain why I'm sick all the time whenever I eat gluten food. I used to eat subway before I discovered about GF. It been a while since I had an actual sub sandwich, till my family told me about Jersey Mike. They actually serve a GF subs and I was so happy. They are well organize and keep there station clean especially for those who are GF. They make sure that there are no cross contamination (watch hands, clean gloves). In my opinion of all the restaurant that serve GF, I would say Jersey Mike the best because they keep it clean and actually care about the customer's health. I love the food at this place the only thing that bothers me is the fact that if you do an online order they wait till they clean out all the people in the store before they work on your online order. Order food online it took 20 minutes to get there and I still haven't started making my sandwich but then they saw me and continued to make people sandwiches instead of mine as they walked in even though they knew at this point I was there waiting and had already paid and order online so I waited in line so that they would start my order last I checked that's not how online ordering worked. And apparently the definition of light mayo is two bottles worth. Again I'll eat here again but it just doesn't make sense to take 20 minutes to make a sandwich. The staff was friendly but...
