Most of the young ladies that work here in the morning are pleasant. I stopped going to this location months ago and today i was reminded why. One of the girls that works the morning there seriously never smiles at customers, never makes eye contact & just generally seems to hate her job. It is plainly visible on her face that she would rather be ANYWHERE but there. She always slaps the cups down on the counter, sloshes the coffee out of the cup and just Does. Not. Care. Now that I've had my reminder I will stick with the other locations where the employees can at least be bothered to muster a fake smile and...

I would rate it lower if I could. This blonde hair barista was so rude to me. I went up to the register and said “could I have a white chocolate mocha” and she said “didn’t you read the sign”. I said “what sign” and she pointed to the strip of paper on the front of the register. She then said to me “read it” and I said “what”. Then she told me again to read it to her. Then the other barista was like “you don’t have to rub it in”, so I feel that he knew she was being rude. I never write reviews but that was the rudest experience I have ever had when it comes to...
