China Moon — Restaurant in Cleona

Weve been going hear for over 8 years, the food used to be really good, now it all has some weird taste to it that we haven't been able to figure out. We've ordered from here a few times since noticing the quality change and it was still the same. The chicken has the consistency of rubber and the beef has a burnt taste to it, maybe they changed the teriyaki sauce they use, I don't know. We'll try it again sometime to see if it improves, they are always pleasant and the prices are fair. Update: Tried again and it's even worse than before, found out it changed ownership which explains the change in quality. We no longer have any descent chineese restaurants in our area. Not bad, a typical Chinese to-go establishment.

Reason for 3 stars is simple. When a customer asks for less to help prevent waste, but the employees are so geared to do the same thing over and over and over again, it really is a let down to know they are not listening to the customers needs and/or wants. This has happened for every delivery.

If someone asks you to not deliver the 25 packs of sweet n sour, soy sauce etc, please DO NOT deliver them!

It matters to us as it should to you, besides we have them in our fridge. There is enough waste produced, no need to add to it! 😥

Just try, maybe you will win over some folks but as of now...

This place is fantastic. The people that are complaining about price must not have gone to a grocery store in the last decade. Ate in the restaurant which was clean and service was friendly and fast. We had the wonton soup, crab Rangoon and general tsos chicken with the fried rice. Soup was best I have ever had with plenty of wontons and the crab Rangoon were in the top 5.
