Subway — Restaurant in Cleona

I told the employee I wanted Italian herb and cheese bread and he gave me Italian bread. I asked for provolone cheese and he gave me American. After toasting, I asked for extra for a couple of toppings and he put an extra 3 chopped onions on, 4 extra olive slices, and refused to add more when I requested that he do- total of 9 onion slices and 11 olive slices on a foot long sub. This was only my personal sub and I ordered a total of three foot long subs. He screwed those up in some way as well. I feel like this is because of an obvious language barrier. I cannot understand what he is saying. He cannot understand what I am saying. This is horrible service. I would not go here unless you are able to understand their heavy accents and can communicate with them without language barriers- just stating facts. Will not be coming to this...

This is the second time I’ve been here and had issues, and both times it was the same guy. Used a counterfeit pen on my $1 bill because it had a blue stain on it, it showed it wasn’t counterfeit, but demanded and nearly grabbed another different dollar bill out of my hand. When I asked him if it was counterfeit, he ignored me ENTIRELY and kept motioning me to give him a different dollar despite being wrong. So weird. This place sucks anymore lol.

We get there today around 11:00 am. No line but guy was the only one there making door dash and online orders and ignored us standing there. As a line started to form still ignored us while face timing his wife/girlfriend. And constantly touching his phone with gloves face with gloves and then going back to the food. We didn't even get toasted sandwiches and bread was hard.
