Athens Pizzeria — Restaurant in Cleveland

Been an Athens customer for the one on Rocky River for years. I ordered a Half-Sheet Deluxe from this location, and a woman's hair shoulder length, and dirty blonde in color was removed from a friends mouth while they were chewing. We lost our appetite and did not finish the pizza. They credited me with a new pizza, with no other instructions. Called tonight to get my pizza and they gave me a $5.00 credit instead. I pleaded them to reconsider because I lost out on a $25 pizza with only a couple pieces eaten. "You were supposed to bring the pizza back" was their response, and not instructed when the incident happened. My details of the hair were proof enough that there was, in-fact, a worker who prepped my pizza who matched that description. Losing a customer over a simple dispute rather then keeping a customer satisfied is telling enough that this shop does not value it's reputation of good pizza. I told them I was going to leave a review and they still did not...

Absolutely horrible i have been going to these guys for over 20 years since i was little kid cuz i stay right down the street from these guys i used to love these guys but i will never be going here again i ordered a half sheet only to get a large half the size of the usual half sheet an when i called to ask whats going on they swear its a half sheet so instead of talking to a brick wall i just end the call then for them to call me back to try an insult me an treat me like mentally challenged person so yea never again will i spean a cent of my hard earned money with these guys again absolutely horrible went an got a large from little ceasers to gold it up next to it an the little ceasers was bigger so yea wasnt a half sheet dont be ripped off by these guys cheaper an better...

I came in and ordered the guy kept insisting I pay. Which I was looking to see what else I could order I got got 1/2 sheet pizza with a slice of cheesecake and a 2 liter of Pepsi. When i retrieved my items I paid the man was staring me down. I asked him for light sauce we got home the pizza was fresh but it was not pleasant the sausage was crumbly, mushrooms were dried out , the pineapple were the only flavor not to mention my light sauce pizza barely had any sauce at all which made our oizza dry and unenjoyable we wasted $35 , a whole pizza, plus the cheesecake was so thick.
