Dollar General — Local services in Cleveland

Where do I begin to describe the level of anger and disappointment I feel right now..Last month, I came to this location to do some Christmas shopping for my kids. I bought a keyboard that came with a mouse and mouse pad that had LED lights..Well fast forward to Christmas day, my son opened his gift and was so excited to see his new keyboard! We get everything plugged in and the lights don't work on the keyboard..Half of the lights worked on the mouse pad.. Numerous keys on the keyboard don't work either. Times have been tough for alot of us financially the last two years so to say I'm upset that this product was sold to me broken is upsetting to say the least. I have zero confidence that management or the employees of this store will try to rectify this problem tomorrow when I attempt to return this keyboard. I've witnessed employees at this location be extremely rude to customers who have tried to return items while I shopped there..My hopes are that management won't attempt to get over on me and make things...

I am only giving this place 3 stars because of Dariana otherwise would had been a 0. First the store is not organized at all and Second the one supervisor was super rude to Dariana in front of me and other customers. I feel like everyone make mistakes but deffinetly not a reason for the way that girl talked to Dari. I would like to contact a higher management person and follow up on this issue because i do not apprecciate any worker mistreating another worker nor customers. Thee worst dollar store I’ve been to. Unorganized and Unprofessional. Needed manger help and she left me standing there for 15 plus mins. The younger girl behind the counter laughed when I told her I was there for my elderly mother and in a hurry. She only ring up 1 item but I needed two for. The Discount. But no no no there’s always an issue with this place. Not the first time either I’ve seen the way they treated an older woman two weeks before same manager. Smh never again at...
