My first time visit was awesome coupled with exceptional friendly customer service! The ice cream in any flavor is smooth, creamy and simply delicious. FYI some items come with one topping only and there is a fee for each additional topping. Their sundae menu is off the chart amazing, so many variations I've never seen, and to choose from! I highly recommend inner city residents and visitors to the city of Cleveland to visit this place for an awesome experience to treat your "taste bud" craving for ice cream!😋. You'll not be disappointed!😁. This place is located a corner street making it easily visible from the main road. My boyfriend and I discovered this "old fashioned just like when we were kids" ice cream spot earlier this week. Shamelessly admitting we've already been back a second time in 4 days. The ice cream tastes great and everything is fairly priced. They have so many options to customize your flurry, shake or sundae. The staff is friendly and they serve their customers quickly. If you have a hard time deciding on what to order, make sure to ask Michelle. Her grandfather took her to this same stand when she was a kid. She's fast friendly and will suggest great combos! The people who work here clearly have no understanding of customer service. The ice cream is good. But the service is awful. The new person they have is overfilling drinks and everything spills out. They even refused to remake it though it’s clearly spilled everywhere. I will no longer patronage this business until customer focused employees work here.
