Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Cleveland

They’re awful. This is the closest baskins Robbins to me so I use to always waste my time going here to grab a mocha blast but Everytime I would go they either ran out of the mix for it or the blender they use wasn’t working. It’s like McDonald’s and the ice cream machine not working but worse because in a place that specializes in mixed drinks, how can their blender never work? And it’s not like it happened for days in a row, I’d go every few weeks and it’s always either the blenders not working or they don’t have any mix. I stopped wasting my time going there and just made the longer trip to the one in middleberg heights. Which even tho it’s 10 mins out of my way, is still way quicker than this one, no matter how long their line is and they’re at least $2 cheaper on everything. They’re always way more busy than the one on Lorain, yet they never run out of mix or have broken blenders. Don’t waste...

I ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday I received the ice cream with barley a drizzle of fudge and it was far from being HOT!! Worst Sunday I have ever had and they have the nerve to charge $4.80 for it!! This store is the worst store they want to charge you an extra fee to mix 2 different ice creams on a shake. They have an attitude video rude comments on the voice intercom while you're making your order. They tell you that you can't mix 2 different flavours of ice cream which I never heard that before.
