Big Daddy's Deli — Restaurant in Cleveland

First off, the lady who answered the phone was rude. She started off saying did you place a order yesterday and not pick it up. I had no idea what she was talking about because I know I hadn't. Then I start to place my order and she asked for my number before I could even finished ordering. I wasnt even done telling her what I wanted. So I continue to place my order and say that I want deviled eggs for one of my sides and she says with an attitude ( that's not a side) which that is my side every time I order from there. Now to the food (ughhhh) I order what was suppose to be catfish and It wasn't, the greens were stiff and my spaghetti was burnt somehow. The tenders taste just like the breaded ones you buy from Aldi. I spent over $30 here. I will never eat here again. Sad too, because I just moved to this area and thought I had found a great...

Horrible Horrible. I am very sick this morning. I got a Whiting sandwich with cheese and cole slaw on the side. You didn't give me my cole slaw. The fish was horrible no seasoning on fish yes the breading did have it and it tasted freezer burnt. Then I got a 4 wing snack with 4 chicken wings and sauce on the side. They put some nasty sauce on my fries. That sauce was so horrible, the fish Was horrible the fries was horrible. The chicken Wings plain was okay. This was the most horrible nasty first an last time experience. I have ever had you all need to shut down. Or allow somebody to show you how to make sauce cooked macaroni and cheese greens. What a CUTE hole in the wall place! Not only did I enjoy the food, but the service and atmosphere were great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with a couple of customers who are regulars at this establishment. I ordered wings dinner with a side of onion rings and pasta salad. I also had a steak Philly sandwich and a peach cobbler. The wings were fresh made to order. Nice and crispy without being too salty. Pasta salad was nice and light. Steak Philly has a lot of meat and well seasoned. The peach cobbler was not bad either. All of this for a very good price!
