Caribbean Vybz Bar & Grille — Restaurant in Cleveland

I called the restaurant and I was automatically greeted by a professional and knowledgeable personal. They were ready to close in 10 mins. The lady with an honest smile and warm spirit said " if you can get here Before we close, I got you". Happened to be I was in front of the restaurant when I called. Told Lisa that I'm out side and I just needed Oxtail order. What can I tell you guys, Lisa with her little self came out and confirmed with me that the order is almost complete, and handed me my beef Patty just in case I was hungry. I had the most amazing experience because of LISA. She takes pride in what she does and it shows thru her customer service ethics.

The food: just call it DA BOMB... Patties was nice and hot. The Ox tails will make you slap someone silly... 😂😂

They locked me outside on the back patio after i asked a older staff member was the back pourch open and he said yes,

After i was locked out I called their number over 100 times the phone is off the hook for over hours it's like 40 degrees outside and I have been out here like going on 2 hours I had to call cleveland police non emergency hotline and I guess they called carribean vibes personal number and someone finally opened the door

I do not recommend this place at all

All the staff are very rude and dismissive and I could have gotten hypothermia locking me out there for so long

Thank God someone let me back inside another hour out there would have been a lawsuit

It's a laid-back vibe. There's not much going on in there on the lower level. You can watch the gentlemen play pool, get a couple of good games in yourself if you're a pool player. They have some heavy hitters playing in there. You can simply chill at the bar watching one of the many TVs mounted if you just like the bar scene. The drinks are just okay, depending on who the barmaid is at the time. The loaded fries are the bomb! If made by the older jamaican gentleman. The older barmaid named Lisa is a hoot! She's no-nonsense, yet fun and welcoming. I love it when I go in there with my husband to watch him play pool and she's working. I recommend you stop in if you've never been and check the vibe...
