The service was great! You can tell the way the owner interacts with customers that they have been coming for years. The gyros and chicken tenders were next level. My girlfriend got hers with fries and we split them up. They’re decently sized. The fries were okay since they were fresh. You can tell they slice them in the back and fry them fresh. I’d suggest a little baking soda to crisp them up. Baking soda alkalizes the water. It breaks down the pectin in the potato and brings the natural starches up to the surface. Making it extra crispy!
