Congin's Pizza - Cleveland — Restaurant in Cleveland

Pizza is great, the service I experienced the two times I ordered from there was so horrible that I may never go back. I ordered a deep dish a few months ago and remember how rude the woman on the phone was when I asked if they deliver to downtown Cleveland (like it was ridiculous to even ask). She answered the phone in a very rude tone as if it's an inconvenience that you're calling.

I ordered again this past weekend, and I can only assume it was the same woman who took my order the last time. She very rudely told me to take my phone off speaker, I ordered a large cheese deep dish not knowing there was only one size, and another large pizza with toppings. We picked it up and headed back to downtown Cleveland where we realized it was not a deep dish, but a regular large pizza. The only reason I ordered from this place was for the deep dish. I called back and told her I ordered deep dish but got a regular. The woman said she was the one who took my order and argued with me that I did not order deep dish. She told me it would be 45 minutes, that she wanted the regular large back so she could throw it out, and that she would charge me $1.25 for the difference. We drove back and got it and she literally asked for the pizza back that she incorrectly took wrong, took it to the back and threw it out in front of us rather than saying to just keep it for the inconvenience.. and of course also charged me the...

I did not like the pizza it has no flavor the crust was too crispy but not dry it was weird I've heard so much hype about this place and I work for Amazon I've noticed a few co-workers eating this pizza maybe it was to have sheet that they ordered because their pieces were Square I like square cut pizzas anyway I decided to stop in i have been riding and pass for months and I decided to stop in boy it wasn't what I expected it it looks completely different than what I saw on the internet I thought it would be square pieces it was Triangle pieces it was more dough than flavor I almost started to call them and tell them that I was unsatisfied I end up spending almost $40 for two pizzas the prices are different than what I saw on the internet at least $4 higher than what I saw on the internet I did not like you have to walk up to the window and you have to stand outside I had to wait over 30 minutes luckily I was in my car another I do not see this on the internet were they're stating walk up or delivery only so now I know I almost called to complain about my pizzs I did not feel like driving all the way back to that location I do not live near this location matter of fact I still have some of the pizza in my refrigerator and I bought this pixza four or...

This is my first time ordering from this place. A couple of my friends recommended it so I decided to try them out. When I first called, they lady who answered took my order so fast, she didn’t even asked for my name but took my card information. She put me on hold for a while and told me my total. Online prices were completely different than what she told me but I proceeded with the purchase. An hour and a half later my pizza finally came and it was completely cold. Not even hot at the bottom and all the toppings fell off. I called to complain to the manager but the lady who answer was trying to argue with me that the pizzas are set under warmers and if I wanted the pizza to be well done, I would of had to let them know ahead of time. I live 10 minutes from their location, it should not take 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver somewhere that’s not even 10 minutes away. The only thing that they could do was replace my pizza and i would have to drive there to give them the messed up pizza they gave me back. It’s 9:30pm and they are closing. I ordered through delivery so I’m not going to drive there and replace my pizza when I paid for delivery. Now I have to sit here and wait another 40 minutes after closing for them to fix...
