This is the BEST DQ!!! My husband and I travel a lot. We have stopped at many DQ's because it's always been a favorite of ours. Tonight while visiting Helen, Georgia we decided to venture out for dinner. As soon as we seen the sign, we were both like....YES! When we were ordering (my 88 year old) Dad was a little confused so he was taking some time. The young girl was extremely patient and so polite. After placing our order, Sage (I asked her name) brought our food out. She had a smile on her face and was both friendly and professional. She made sure we had everything we needed because we had sat outside. Her personality is a huge asset to this location. Our food was perfect, hot, fresh and delicious! It was one of the best burgers I've ever had! I'm not sure who was cooking tonight, but they take pride in their job! The dressings were the perfect amount and not stuck all over the wrapper. I seriously wished ALL DQ's were this great of an experience. Kudos to all the employees how were working on 5/28/23 around 8:00 PM!! You all did an amazing job! I did get Sage's name as I was leaving. She has such a pleasant personality when taking guest their order. Always smiling! This location was clean and all condiments well stocked. Had a really unpleasant experience here last night - September 16th - we didn’t know the hours and had pulled up a few mins before closing - as we go to the menu I ask my little girl in the back seat what she wants and she is telling me what she wants - the woman who was working the window rudely is like what do you guys want! As I’m asking my daughter she says We are closing and we only have one hot dog left we are out of everything- we are like okay - so I ask my daughter what ice cream she wants the woman chimes over the speaker again rudely - what do you want! We are closing and We’re like okay… just one sec and before I can order she says it again - that’s when my boyfriend and myself got real hot and he yelled back at her and we left without ordering. I am a local - i have worked in the food industry- so has he - my family has owned local restaurants- I have NEVER EVER EVER treated anyone like that - never spoke to a customer that way - period - and I’ve never been short with someone or said they couldn’t order because we were about to close - it was so ridiculous I wish I had recorded the whole interaction so I could show others just how poor and unprofessional this...

Went to DQ on Saturday evening.June 11,2022. Ordered 2 hotdogs with chili and slaw. Moved out of the way for other people to get their food. Went to eat our meal, not what I ordered. Went back thur the line,told the employee my order was wrong. She said pull around we will fix it. Got the the window,she ask what’s wrong with your food? Now there are about 8 people in there. I told her we had onions on our hotdogs. And I ordered slaw and chili. The girl said no you did not you ordered onions! I have never ordered onions on my hotdog,I don’t eat onions! She said yes you did we all heard you. You ordered onions on your hotdogs. She was arguing with me that I ordered onions. All the people in there was young kids. Where is the customer service at with young people. I own a business and people are always asking if we have a DQ? I have always told them where it was. But now I will not brag on them anymore. I will make the call to the owners today. This is just not the way you treat the people who help you get a pay check. They have lost my business. We go to DQ at least once a week. I know this will not hurt their business by me not...
