The employees are great but the owners are consistently verbally abusing the employees.
They seem to be cutting corners ad well. The coffee here isn't Dunkin's coffee most of the time.
They switched the tops that cover coffee cups in DD. Why switch to the cheap sub standard cups that you can get at at any local wholesale club.
I noticed they sub a lot of things instead of putting in an order for DD goods and equipment.
They also seem to have no problem over pricing the stale food from earlier in the day or from the night before.
I think the owners think less of "the people" that live in this neighborhood. They think the people in this area don't care about the quality of the food they eat, nor the quality of upkeep and hospitality from the owners.
This couldn't be less true.
We have seen this sub service for years now. And Dunkin has done nothing about to try to nudge them( this franchise owner) in the right direction.
As a matter of fact I have been taking the trip across town just to go the much more superior competitor Krispy Kreme.
It's another small shop down the street in shaker who I will be giving my business to as well.
Because of the reasons listed above including treating your employees with dignity and respect and not like they are lazy animals , ( you all hired them, if they are not up to par, it is your fault that they now have on your uniform) ...stop selling stale food at full price... And I mean really stale. Make sure you have the DD standard accessories, ingredients and equipment so you can keep up...
Read moreSince I have noticed that Dunkin donuts with in the Cleveland area are under new ownership and management, they have replaced all of the employees whether African American, Caucasian .. With those who do not resemble anyone within our communities yet we spend our money with them for those who choose to go to their establishments and none of those dollars are being filtered back into the community. I witness ed, an African-American mother have to address a manager at the Lee Road location for how her son who is a teenager was mistreated and misandled without any care at all. If they're going to be within our communities, they should have faces that resemble ours servicing our community so that they have a more clear view on how to service us and our communities. I myself have chosen to go to Black owned establishments because of these very reasons that I've mentioned which are not really that extensive as they could be. Also, things were taken off of the menu that catered more to a vegetarian as well as signature donuts that are a favorite amongst patrons such as the French Pooler donut and the veggie pesto egg, white English muffin. I won't...
Read moreThis used to be the worst fast food place in the area about 5 years ago with workers who had some of the worst attitudes I have ever come across. The food was always burned and the coffee didn't taste right. You could just tell they didn't care at all. I went there 3 times and swore I'd never go again. About 2 or 3 years ago, I got a coupon in the mail that said the location was under new management so I tried again. It was a much better experience! Ever since then, they have consistently showed high spirits, great quality food and drink, and they are so fast I never mind waiting in a long line. Even with cars wrapped around the building I'm never in line for more than 10 minutes. There was one time a manager got an unprofessional attitude with me because they did not hear me say I wanted a "coconut milk" refresher - she rolled her eyes and told me that is not what I said and I have to distinct between the two, but I already knew this and was positive I said it. They remade my drink quickly. Because they are usually so great I brushed it off as them being overworked that morning. Keep up the great job guys it's truly...
