We received a raw pizza when we asked for it to be well done. They refused to do anything for us after that. No new pizza, no refund. "Nothing I can do, you'll have to call and talk to the manager in the morning." It was only 7 PM when we wanted a new pizza made for us.
Also, the cashier's name on the receipt was the same as the "manager's" so who knows if he was there and just didn't want to deal with it.
Don't know what to believe but I won't have to worry about it again. It just sucks because they had some pretty decent pizza before this happened. Especially when it's well done!
I'd still say give them a try if you want. Hopefully, they'll willing fix their mistake right then and there if the shall be one. This happened in October, 2018. Might be new...

Definitely have to say the name stays the same but after 12 years the recipe does not. The same people that own the convenience store next to it on the pizza place they don't have the fresh and ready pizzas they promise it's basically a going order it waits 6 to 8 minutes for them to run it through the oven heads up if you want the infamous old pizza rolls you're looking at a 34 minute wait they literally have nothing cook nothing prepped you can sell business as gone downhill big time only thing lightweight decent about the pizza was the pepperoni nothing to brag about anymore hard to find a georgio's oven fresh pizza place around anymore my advice don't bother with this location it's just seemed out of convenience since I was out in Cleveland my son was craving it...

I went to this pizza place on my way home they took my order and said 6minutes I thought that was odd I ordered mozzarella sticks a large pizza and breadsticks got the order I paid 14.oo for this I get home which is about 5min from there only to find old pizza cold and the bread sticks were full of old grease and the cheese sticks were chewy so I went back there only to find them closed they gave me the old craps so they can make a profit and didn't have any leftovers I went back the next morning same guy I had all the food and said this was old when you have it to me he wanted to argue saying it was fresh so I said for him to eat it for lunch and I walked away.not...
