Yesterday they gave me pork links when I ordered turkey sausage with my grits, scrambled eggs hard no cheese, wheat toast toasted on bothe sides. My toast was not how I asked nor were my eggs scrambled hard(dry). Today I give them the benefit of the doubt and order thr same thing as yesterday oh ans with strawberry or mixed fruit jam. My partner ordered on his phone and I ordered on my phone becuase we did not want our separate orders in the same bag like they did yesterday. I also informed the other female that they missed up my order and I did not want pork sausage. That female said ok I am putting everything how you aaid on your ticket. She was the black female not the other lady not sure what her race is. The female worker said yesterday the call came together is why she put our food together despite we said separate orders. Meaning paying separate! Today We go pick up our food. She tells me the bag sitting there is my order. So, I checking it. I look at my toast and there is one toasted right and one not. She immediately starts arguing with me. I reiterated that Ai want my bread toasted on bothering sides. She kept saying that it was and I showed her. She put on her gloves ans retoasted it. However she began to throw shade saying They don't have ten minutes to be o. the phone taking my order. They are busy. I said no it does not take 10 minutes for me to order my food the way I want it. She kept saying they did not messy my order up yesterday or today. She said we gave you turkey sausage. I told her and him. No you did not I know the difference I don't like pork link sausage. He then said yall women always arguing. I told him no sir that is nit the case. Yall missed up my order yesterday. I wanted to ensure that my order was correct today. I like my food prepared the way I ordered it. He kept yelling at my along with his worker. I told him I did like your food but now your customer service is horrible. Yall can't even admit that yall messed up and even apologize for it. And you taking up for your rude worker who is dead wrong. She kept saying I'm having a bad day and things like that. I explained you having a bad day has nothing to do with me. I ordered my food and expected it to be how I ordered and not be spoken to rudely. I told them you don't ever have to worry about me coming back here or recommending or bringing anyone here ever agian. He said fine go! My partner ans I paid and left. A customer came out with us and he was also a bit bothered by what had happened. He said to us you did not do anything wrong. Listennnnn if “the best food is at a little hole in the wall restaurant” was a location… this is it!! Do not walk run to this place! The food is DELICIOUS! Let me be clear, when you first pull up your first thought will be “Oh heck naw!” I am not eating here!” Trust me if you don’t stop acting like you ain’t never ate a cheap box of cereal or ran outside with no shoes on get your monkey butt outta that car and walk down them stairs and sat down somewhere you better🥴! You will be glad you did! My husband and I ordered 4 different dishes breakfast burritos, salmon croquettes & rice, spicy chicken wrap and French toast (we’re from out of town) to taste and EVERYTHING was seasoned and on point! My husband is a Pastor and I promise you this food almost made me say bad words🤭. The cleanliness of this place is second to none. When we walked in a lady was wiping down the condiment shelf😳😉…yesss! There was no dust on the ledges of the walls floors were mopped and the bathroom was SO clean I mean pine sol and bleach smelling clean! Toilet and sinks was sparkling clean white! Went in here for breakfast with a coworker after ordering our food to go my coworker looks at her toast and notices that both sides are not toasted. She asked the clerk to please toast the bread and the clerk immediately gives her an attitude. The bread was not toasted, They the clerk argue that it was it was not. I was very disappointed that the clerk was unprofessional and had very poor customer service skills. I also didn’t appreciate the male cook possibly the owner who made a sexist statement about women and how they argue and that’s all they do. His comment was uncalled for and did not help with the situation.
