Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Cleveland

Ordered online did not even have the food that I ordered then try to remake the same Pizza a classic into a pretzel pizza by putting garlic sauce and salt around the crust took my pizza to the back four times and try to give me that pizza instead of telling me they did not have pretzel dough the pizza went throughout four different people hands instead of giving me something that equals the same price that I paid they wanted me to cancel my whole order bring it back I said no replace my pizza they would not substitute it for anything and I had to settle for a regular cheese and pepperoni they would not throw in a cookie or extra Pepsi or anything that will equal the price 40 minutes manipulating a regular cheese and pepperoni pizza I continue to say I did not want they tried to make me bring back all my food after settling for a regular pizza I get home and my garlic wings is Buffalo with garlic sauce and buffalo wings had barbecue on them my Little Caesars Puffs were burnt overcooked I would never go to Little Caesars in Buckeye plaza ever again I order my food at 1:30 online p.m. received it at 2:15 and did not leave until 3:00 gave me 7.99 Pizza when I paid $11 plus tax for a pretzel stuffed crust pizza instead of accommodate me they want me to refund my whole order over one pizza they spent 40 minutes manipulating and I had to go get my phone to show them the picture of the pizza and told me I could not get another Pizza unless I refunded my whole order and started over. I spent $40 after the coupon it was like $36 and some change who going to spend $80 at Little Caesars horrible do not go there unless you want the most bestest and is still don't have enough cheese on there no taste, no gloves no training . Pay for a 2L Pepsi no date on it I don't even believe it was Pepsi he went to the back to get it I asked for one out the cooler he told me they were hot but I realized it was no Pepsi in the cooler at all got home open it up put it on ice tasted like flat cola...

UPDATE...I understand that they aren't REQUIRED to do a refund or an exchange and I'm sure people don't do them often. But I think if a person walls out then turn right back around and walk in, there shouldn't be a problem with being kind and understanding to your customer. Why be sold if you don't have to. SMH. I'll never purchase from here again and I'm sure it won't hurt this franchise but I'm done with being treated like nothing even after spending my hard earned money.

So I placed an order and not even give minutes I tried to return the order because I said I was not happy with the presentation of my order. I am a frequent ordered and always order largely because of my family of 7. So upon wanting to return this time they ABSOLUTELY refused to take the pizza and allow us an exchange or return. We DO NOT eat pork and there were pepperoni's on the pizza, we begged and pleaded with them to exchange the item at least. We didn't even ask for a refund for the pepperoni that we were charged for we just wanted to feed our children and asked that they just allow us to exchange. They blatantly said NO....IT AIN'T THERE PROBLEM that it was ordered like this that they don't care what a person eats they aren't going to make a new pizAa. So this will be the last time I service this little caesars it is heartbreaking that people can be so cold of a simple mistake....

We've been ordering from this location for almost 5 years. It's always super consistent on quality. The pizza is always fresh, nice and cheesy and the sauce is always excellent. I know it's kind of "cheap" pizza, but the employees running this location clearly care about the quality. We've gone to other little Caesars locations and it's not as good, and even some of the more expensive pizza places aren't as consistent as this location. Also, the Italian cheesy bread is some of the best cheesy bread around. Don't sleep on it. We also like how the pizza and cheesy bread aren't greasy, and the people working there are always really nice when I do go in to order. We mostly order delivery and it's always hot and...
