Rally's — Restaurant in Cleveland

Placed order online never got delivered was never even informed what company was supposed to deliver some they have multiple partners. Try to write a complaint on the website but of course it said if it was a delivery complaint to go directly to their delivery partners website of course I did not have that info. I ordered trhu google pay status keep showing confirmed but never informed if it was picked up who picked it up or if it was delivered. After two hours of waiting I go back to check what the status was maybe they had cancelled but no the little status bar showed delivered and it said enjoy your food . I was confused I never even informed who picked it up so I thought it was some kid of mistake but when I checked my bank account I sure as hell got charged. But since it was a delivery order the restaurants want you to complaint to the delivery company but it's seems my order was never picked up I doubt it even got prepared. Online orders you usually get text messages informing you of the status of your food delivery I never did. They just confirmed my order and charged my card. What kid of scam is this store running. Never again will I order or even visit a Rally's incompetency and thievery...

Honestly this place could do better... If I could give 0 stars that is what I'd give. When I first pulled up I was waiting for about 10-15 mins, any other day I would have complained about the wait but I was killing time waiting for my daughter to get out of school. Rallys has 2 lanes but they only us 1 lane and if you decide to get in that lane; you'll just have to drive back around and get in line because they'll never take your order. As time went on, I finally got to the speaker to order. I recorded the order from start to finish but I wont let me post From the moment the she opened her mouth it went downhill from there. She was rude, full of attitude, rushing me and cutting me off while I was ordering, very unprofessional & full of sarcasm. My order was wrong; I order no cheese on my burger but got cheese and it was dry, no ice in my drink but got ice, fries were extra crispy to where it sounded like I was eating chips smh. On this particular visit, I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and a fish sandwich (also known as a 2 for $3) and a large fry. The Rally's associate told me my total was $8.39. Then she says "oops I'm sorry, I was looking at to different things. Your total is $9.99." I then asked how can that be when I ordered 2 sandwiches for $3 and a $2.99 large fry? The Rally's associate then said "$5.99... cuz I said it wrong!" Both sandwiches tastes like they might have been worth $1.50 a piece at some point, but unfortunately I must have missed such point. I would've gladly paid another $3 for Rally's to add flavor to both sandwiches. I also love how they call a medium fry a "large fry" and leave a lot of room in the carton for opportunities. To sum it all up, just another unsatisfying...
