This place just opened up. Today, I finally got a chance to stop by for a try! It's very inviting and clean when you walk in. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. Big smiles! Very engaging when I asked about the Breakfast menu. Said they will be starting it soon. The menu for it looks Amazing! Can't wait to try it. Very Soulfood forward menu! Today I tried the Classic Polish Boy (beef) Perfect bread to meat ratio, topping perfectly portioned (fries coleslaw) the Bar B Que sauce was delicious! Not too sweet or hot seasoned well! The slaw was tasty, the meat had the perfect snap that you expect from a sausage when u bit into it. They didn't overdo it on the fries, slaw, or sauce just the right amount which made this sandwich Perfect! I also had a Perch Sandwich, agsin correct ratio bread to meat, with meaty pieces not flat! Like others. Tender, juicy and delicious! Perfectly cooked and seasoned! Slightly borderline salty for my taste, but thats Soulfood! It was so good I didn't mind the extra pinch of salt! It's made to order so there will be a wait, may want to order ahead if in a rush, but so we'll worth it! Only ding..I can give is I ordered a fish sandwich got charged for a dinner, but I'm sure it was an unintended mistake. We were talking and I'm sure they will rectify it. Over all This is one to Try! Totally Recommend...

I will be honest, I normally don't go to soul food restaurants because I'm almost always disappointed with something. Since my mother-in-law wanted a polish boy, I ordered a catfish dinner along with some bbq wings for my daughter. The ancestors must've spoked to her on where to place the order, because when I tell you the food slaps, it SLAPS!! This was our first time eating here and not only did it look great, it tasted great! I also appreciate how they use fresh collard greens and not those nasty canned greens. I could tell that they took time cooking them, because they didn't have all those stems and they had smoke meat throughout them. My mother-in-law and daughter loved their food also. They also have great customer service skills. Although our food was delivered, they called us to inform us about our food. I left them a review by text, and I received a phone call back. I hired them to cater an event and they were the most professional, responsive, and thoughtful restaurant of all of the places I sent inquires to about catering. I could not have been happier with my purchase or the service. The ordering process was very smooth. The food arrived in a timely fashion and was ready to serve. All of the guests were satisfied and asking where they could get more. My only regret was not asking for business cards or fliers to pass out because I kept saying their business name to guests all night.
