Wingstop — Restaurant in Cleveland

This place is TERRIBLE. I ordered online ($40 worth) picked up my food for them to not even have the rolls order- I didn’t care cause they tried to give ve me extra wings for the sub which was fine but a call ahead of time would’ve the appropriate thing to do. So I get home realize I’m missing the fries and dressing, I call they young lady on the phone was very nice said come back up and she’ll give me a 5 piece for the inconvenience. I get there and now workers running in from a car smoking(stink) don’t wash her hands run right behind the counter and say how can I help you??? I tell her my issues then the manager started yelling at me saying why didn’t I check my sealed bag before I left? What! Then say it’s my fault that I didn’t check, so I said this is rude and couldn’t believe I was being embarrassed over they shortcoming. She then proceeded to say she not being rude that she can get uglier, as if I’m being threatened at this point. After the temporarily back and forth as I coached her on how she should handle complaints I then wait 15 minutes for fries before I asked for a refund. I seen multiple orders go out but I couldn’t get my fry? I ask for a refund so I can leave again and she said NO then The janitor yelling while sleeping the kitchen if I paid with a card then it’ll be more than a week, then another employee said you want cold fries then the original cashier said get his food so he can go. How is this establishment operating like this? I want a call back ASAP! I couldn’t even eat this food I’m so disgusted that I was treated this way when I could’ve went to multiple other places to eat. To be talked to crazy about missing food, threatening, embarrassed infront of other customers and robbed-(wouldn’t give me my money back) is unacceptable. Please call me as I will not stop here....

They need to shut this place down ASAP. Understaffed and slow service. I am a dasher and make my money by getting into places in and out for my customer. Last time I was there I waited 40 mins. The order should have been ready at 5:44pm and wasnt until almost 6:57pm (I got there at 6:10. I am here again on a dash and nearing an hour wait for 5 piece tenders, 1 order of seasoned fries, and water....a freaking water.

ALL DASHERS BEWARE...if you want to wait 40 to possibly over an hour for your customers food and half of the food cold and other half hot, have fun, but next time I am avoiding this place at all cost. This affects our on time rating and we get rated low because of the restaurant.

How do you run out of fries or chicken. When that is your main supply? All they do is have someone throwing frozen chicken/fries in 4 to 6 baskets then add your sauce. The chicken and fries never come out at the same time so that is where the half hot and half cold food comes in.

Just terrible. There is never manager around at night to control what is going on. I myself wouldn't eat here if my life depended on it. I vould have done 2 separate orders and made 12 bucks in half the time I have to wait at Wing stop.

They got the name right cuz all you do when you get to the store is stop. And orders that come in after yours leave before you. I got here at 10:25pm and it is 11:21pm already. At least 8 people have come and gone who came in after me. There system need a major upgrade. When you order in, you would think the food gets done faster. No way!

Think before...

I had to rate a 1 star in order to write review. For the first time in all my years of living went to wing stop 7-19-19 @ 8:45 pm. I understand Friday nights, heat, being busy but no excuse. The customer in front of me order was wrong and I commended the young lady on how she handled the customer very important for I am #team customer#business minded#customer service# entrepreneurship. However that didn't give reason to error on my order. First the cashier was over charging me(new I assume) let's give benefit. Same young lady had to give me my correct change. I asked for all celery they gave carrots and celery took from foam box and threw(cause they were turned over) in small tray inside huge bag. Wings (30) count half done😞 with very little to no sauce I asked if I could get a little more and stated I'm not trying to be complicated. Fries😶 horrible. Businesses(employees) fail to understand customer service IS the most important part of the business. This was suppose to feed 4-5 people overall maybe if I visit another location it'll be better but not sure if I want to...
